Food is soooo good! It is a fast food restaurant but it isn't. Taco Casa has generous servings. The food is never smashed looking or left sitting under heating lamps. They are able to customize your menu item. If you don't want olives or tomatoes they will not put them on! Simple I know, but you wouldn't be surprised to see how your orders from other restaurants can be delivered to you.Service is top of the line. Smiling faces greet you and offer the excellent customer service. Ambiance is what a fast food restaurant usually has little of. But! Taco Casa is CLEAN! You can't go wrong here. Not only I was bothered with the overpowering smell of sour / mildew... but my 10 year old wanted nothing to do with this place because the smell was so bad it was hard to even think about if the food was good. We will not be coming back. read more

The initial smell when I walked in reminded me of a dirty mop bucket. The food I received tasted ok but not spicy at all. I even upgraded my entree to get the hottest sauce they said they have and it still had zero kick! Got there "hot sauce" packets and found that to be comparable to Taco Bell's mild sauce. The customer service was meh as the guy serving me seemed to be new. Food was served quickly though and was fresh but a little cool. Not very substantial for five bucks either. Two out of the three tables I tried to sit were dirty - not wiped down at all. I was one of four people in the restaurant in the middle of the afternoon. Hopefully they can improve. read more

tonight we had 3 regular tacos, a supertaco and drinks. the taco fillings were fine. the taco shells tho are tough, chewy and the absolute opposite of crispy . i believe the shells are purchased ready to eat i.e. not cooked by the store . so it seems there are 3 primary causal candidates for these atrocious shells. #1--shells are stale and poor quality when delivered from the manufacturer. i really doubt this is the cause . #2--the TC staff open a package and leave the opened package exposed to the open air and the shells soak up humidity from open air. soaking up humidity would be exacerbated greatly if the opened taco packages are kept on a cabinet near steaming kitchen ingredients such as the meat. we get our tacos to go always, and always in the evening around 7pm., so potentially the shells are open to the air quite some time. do kitchen staff focus on rotating open package shell stock? . #3--although we live 4 or 5 minutes from store to home, perhaps the taco shells steam in their own heat and the shells get tough from intra package steaming. to combat this, TC should consider perforating the taco shell wrapping material to allow air to escape. #4--TC management should consider the cause(s) of their crummy shell texture. the problem is serious and invariably consistent---shells are simply substandard and problem has to be resolvable. these comments are for the TC in duncan, okla. other than tacos i have no food comment except to say the guac is pretty good for fast food. finally, the store is always clean and people are very polite and efficient. 1 other possibility-the manufacturer needs to tweak the recipe and adjust preservatives accordingly. if i were ceo for a day i'd be all over this if for no other reason than Taco is integral part of the stores corporate namesake and identity. read more

Best tacos in town and for a good price. More healthy than your average taco restaurant. I recommend everything on the menu. You never have to wait in line either. Great place to guy for a quick bite, much better than other fast food. Highly recommend. read more

Okay so when I saw this chain style taco drive through type of place, I had low expectations. I just didn't know what to expect, so I ordered the super nachos for $6.39, kind of pricey and the picture made it look small, don't be fooled they are MASSIVE it is an entire to-go box of nachos, when she handed me the bag it was heavy....to the point of I thought maybe they got my order wrong, nope they just offer share size portions!!! They changed my....this place is worth it!! Okay that being said the menu is super basic, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and jalapenos transformed into tacos, tostadas, burritos etc. NO chicken or steak option so you MUST love ground beef, or just get it meatless. Looks like from the menu this is a great spot to feed a big family for an affordable price, hence the gallon of tea offering and 20 taco deal!! read more
