It stoped working. 35 min drive back to the shop only to be told it was a hidden break. operator error and no kind of break in the price. With that trip. the time spent dealing with the chain, then to add another trip back and forth. Very frustrated It wasn't worth taking it home for what would of been the remaining 4 hours. The job is still not done and the unit was returned 4 hours early. No break in the price. This is just Bad business practice for a small business. Will definitely be going to home depo from now on.

That was due to the day before opening day for deer season so that was understandable. While browsing I had a gentleman come up ask me if I needed help and I said yes we went to the counter and I started looking at handguns. While he was showing them to me he walked off and started to help other individuals up and down the counter. Maybe they were understaffed for the day I'm not really sure what the problem was. Finally when I made my selection of a handgun, laser sight and a holster I was ready to check out. I know that I needed to fill out paperwork for the purchase of the handgun and that's when I was informed that due to some problems that they were having, they didn't have a license to sell me a handgun. I had to go to an off-site location 20 miles away to fill out the paperwork to purchase the weapon and that they would bring it to me within a half hour or so . So after the transaction was rung up I found out that because I used a debit card to pay for the transaction I was charged a $30 credit card fee instead of using cash. I was not informed of that would happen prior to the transaction. So I went to the off-site location and i filled out the application turned it in and was approved instantly. Then I waited 2 hours for the gun to be delivered. It cost me to be late for a follow-up appointment I had a location 40 MI away. Had I known this is how the whole transaction was going to go , I would not have driven an hour and a half to get to that store to make the purchase. I would have gone to a different store, been able to purchase the product in a timely manner, receive it at the time of purchase and I had to pay a fee to use a debit card to make the purchase . For those of you wanting to make a purchase there I would be very careful on making the purchase and check ahead of time on What charges you're actually going to receive and if you can actually do the paperwork there at the store. I did walk away with what I wanted but I was very displeased on how the whole transaction happened . ​

Fast forward a week and another employee states that the correct firearm is sitting at the store still with a note stating to ship it once the other firearm is returned. I call my FFL to get an update about shipping back the incorrect firearm and they state that they are still waiting for Randy's Hunting Center to send the return label. I am awaiting Randy's Hunting Center response to this, but this is already extremely unacceptable business behavior and practice.

The spoons used to stir the drinks are sitting in dirty water and the milk steamer wasn't being wiped down between drinks. I even ordered mine with oat milk after my friend ordered hers with 2% and it wasn't wiped down in between. Thankfully I don't have an allergy or intolerance. I rarely leave reviews but this was so bizarre.
