I found Rapson Electric in Harbor Beach, MI and called and spoke with Jeff. I explained the situation, that I didn't know what was wrong with the appliances, if they used gas, age of the appliances, etc. I also discussed the possibility of having to replace one or both appliances with used or new. He went out to check out the problem, texted back that both appliances just needed simple, INEXPENSIVE repairs. He went out the next day and repaired both machines. He does not take credit cards but is content to wait for a cashier's check to take care of the balance. It doesn't get any better than this.

Stopped by here on Thursday this past week and received great customer service from Vinnie…read more Purchased a GE Refrigerator with a small dent in the door, saving us hundreds of dollars! We were going to install on our own until we took nearly 3 hours removing the old fridge from the house!! Called Vinnie about his delivery team doing the install and cutting us a break on the install fee seeing as to how we had already removed old unit. He said he would work with us on cutting the fee accordingly. We are hoping for a very impressive and prompt install sometime next week. Keeping our fingers crossed!

They knew just the questions to ask in order to facilitate a successful repair. In less than 24 hours from my call, Vince was out to my cottage, had the washer fixed completely and catastrophe was averted! I was able to pay over the phone since I'm from out of state and the entire process was very simple and stress free. The pricing was very reasonable too. They work on all types of appliances so I would definitely call them again if I have appliance trouble!
