When Dr. Finally came in with lab results she had no answers. Wanted to do numerous expensive tests for cause of stroke. She never touched our dog or examined her. No treatment was offered except IV fluids for possible dehydration. No treatment was offered to prevent further damage or another stroke. We felt unimportant and ignored. We paid for a blood test and an exam which was not done. I feel like we should be reimbursed for the exam. We have 4 pets and have been coming there for almost 10yrs, we will not be returning.

I went back in and told them the issue. They handed me a roll of paper towels. We have a 45 min drive home, had to ask for cleaning supplies! Then the front desk is just rude. Called to order his 6 months of Nextgaurd (not cheap almost $200) before I could say anything she bit my head off stating we can't hold it. I let her grumble and said even if I pay for it you can't hold it. Oh well that's different. Try listening before you bite the hand that helps pay your wages. I'm sad to leave Sara but your staff has me looking for alternatives. Hateful is not good for business!!!!

The one-lane gravel road to get there was already a bit intimidating, but we were there during a big rainstorm that was causing flooding, and the drive to pick up our dog was pretty scary. I called asking if they took walk-ins, but the receptionist was hesitant as they were super busy.. she was still able to get me squeezed in within the hour. I brought my cat in & was greeted & checked in quickly. I didn't wait long to be moved to a room either. While in the room the vet tech was very kind, caring, respectful, and she answered all my questions and concerns. She was very compassionate and understanding. The doctor didn't take long to come in- he was very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I decided to put my cat down, and they allowed me to take all the time with her. There was absolutely no rush. They were extremely compassionate and gentle. Even the front desk receptionist. She was also very kind and gave her condolences. As for their prices they were EXTREMELY reasonable. I went in thinking I was going to spend at least $1000. Not even close! If I would've gone the surgery route to remove her mass it would've been around $200-$300 (give or take). Her cremation was about $150. Which compared to Florida is pennies on the dollar. Very affordable prices. I stand on if I could give 10 stars I would. Between the amazing staff & affordable prices this is a vet I'd recommend to locals & even non-locals.
