The one-lane gravel road to get there was already a bit intimidating, but we were there during a big rainstorm that was causing flooding, and the drive to pick up our dog was pretty scary. Also, when I told them we would be there right around 9am (when they open) to pick up, they sounded pretty annoyed. I would probably not use them again, based solely on their location.

It is always a hectic time for vets. But she got a cancellation and scheduled us for about an hour after I called. (Even without the cancellation they offered for her to come in as an urgent care or take a 3:30pm.). They were very helpful, thoughtful and courteous. Exam went well. Vet was thorough and gentle. Our girl received some injections and meds for the next few days until we get home. Super kudos as they have Standard Process. If you are in the area - they have some excellent products. Our other dog was severely burned before we got him. In addition to standard treatment it was suggested we have try Standard Process a try.

She was there at the groomers for seven hours ,This is what I saw when I picked up my Maltease not what I was expecting. It didn't even look like a Maltease I was beyond furious. When I saw this, I noticed that her daughter, or some younger girl was there I suspect that is who did the cut. It took six months for it to grow out to where I could get her to start looking like a maltease again.

I took my Pomeranian there for 2 months and they were okay, the 3rd month they were fabulous and…read morethe 4th month they ruined his fur by cutting way too deep into the undercoat plus the cut overall being uneven. Here we are MONTHS LATER, and my dog's fur is still not grown back in places and is 'patchy'. I've been told that a Pomeranian can take up to a year to fully recover from a damaged undercoat. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I am not going to say that they aren't good with a standard bath, etc. or even a single coat dog. But if you have a double-coated dog like a Pom, I would go someplace else. Oh, and then they tried to make it be MY fault like I asked them to do this cut where there were places shaved down to his skin.

He did react just a little and head butted her in the beginning. All on him but she didn't stop at all. She calmed him and kept working. The actual service itself was amazing. Washed, desheding, nails, and blown out all on an anxious dog with zero trouble. Incredibly knowledgeable and an amazing service. I almost never review anything. But this really moved me to. I can not recommend this enough to anyone who needs dog grooming!
