This is our 4th trip to Moab, unfortunately my kid started to have eye irritation after we drove…read morethrough several dusty trails today. We decided to come since this was the only urgent care open and they were going to close in an hour after we had dinner. I'm from L.A so the urgent cares near us usually stop serving or taking in patients before a certain time (in my area), so was expecting the same. Fortunately the staff did not turn us away and made sure my kid was going to get checked out. The receptionist was very helpful, she made sure we were ok for waiting well past the closing hour. We were fine! I also noticed a family come in 20-30 mins after closing and was not English speaking. Instead of the receptionist telling them that Urgent Care was closed, she made an effort to make a call for an interpreter to translate what they needed. In the end they were told that Urgent Care was closed but the ER was open but she really did her best to ensure the patients know this so they can make the best decision on what to do next. The lobby was clean and organized, did not feel dirty at all and seemed new. My kids even got crayons and some paper to color on! It made time go by fast. Also, I came with my wife and two kids, my wife and my kid went to the exam room while I waited in the lobby with my youngest. The feedback I got was the nursing staff and physician were really nice and made us feel like we were in good hands! Although I hope not to ever come back to the urgent care when traveling. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to see the doctor when visiting, or even if you live in Moab!

Everyone was so nice and helpful- receptionist, nurse, and PA. I was in and out with meds in less than an hour. Thankfully I started feeling better within 24 hours. They even called me a couple days later to confirm I was doing ok. My own PCM doesn't do that. Thank you Moab Regional UC.

The staff was above and beyond compassionate. Every step of the procedure was explained in great detail and done to ensure I was comfortable. Warm blankets whatever I needed including time. I had reservations to camp at Devils Garden Campground inside Arches National Park but the distance on the narrow road from the entrance to the campground is about 22 miles and because we were taking a Got Air Balloon ride at sunrise I got very little sleep, then at high noon and after the balloon ride we went hiking to some of the Arches, drank a couple of bottles of water but still got dehydrated due also to a runny nose which in combination with the altitude and the effect of some cold medicine really took a toll on me, that night I got up at 2am to get a drink of water and without warning I fainted and hit the floor like a sack of potatoes. Long story short paramedics took me to this hospital at 2am. The ER personnel were waiting for me and took care immediately after arrival, I had no cuts bruises or broken bones but they still had to do a CT scan of my skull and blood tests. The doctor and nurses did an incredible job and treated me with respect and compassion We're done at 5am so to return to the campground about 11 miles away we found out there is no Uber in Moab and like song says "in the dessert you can't remember your name" we had no way to make it back except the Supervisor of the hospital gave us a ride on his personal vehicle and did not want to take any money, God bless you sir and the same to all the people involved in taking care of me and my wife. Best thing of all I am ok, no reason to panic Many many stars to this hospital
