While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. My service was poor but I never suspected they had not put the new Sim card in my phone just gave me the empty card that held a Sim card in a tiny zip lock bag with my old Sim card..I had been receiving erratic service from all around me but not the service I paid for. 5 weeks later I discovered empty card holder. Took it back to GZ. Not only would they not refund me $ for service paid for but not installed but after they said they fixed it they said they told me I had to change my phone number again and charged me $25. for a new Sim card. I feel very abused by their service .

My confidence was based upon extensive (1 hour) phone conversations with various Cricket stores around Hemet. Turns out the offer made on the phone was too good to be true.Turns out that their plan is "no contract" in name only. It's a month-to-month "contract" that forces you to pay for data you don't use. Even still, I thought it was a fairly good deal. And I wanted to break with my eight long years of frustration at AT&T to do the deal with Cricket. But it turns out that AT&T bought Cricket and I couldn't switch to Cricket without paying a $500 extortion fee (the remaining balance on my iPhone 11) to AT&T. Long story short, I still stupidly wanted to do it. But in order to do it, I had to have a three-way conversation with AT&T and the Cricket guy that lasted 20 minutes in the sweltering heat. At the conclusion of the phone call, in which the AT&T operator and the Cricket guy contradicted each other, I had decided I had had enough, and threw in the towel. It was about time I made that decision because one of the Cricket flunkies was already outside the store pulling closed all their iron bars around the store, threatening to lock me in like I was some kind of thief in their prison cell. As I stomped out past the flunky, I handed off their pen I'd inadvertently stolen. I'm happy to have gotten out of there with my $50 still in hand (and not their pen). They were closing early because they couldn't stand the sweltering heat any more than me. But the difference is, I couldn't take the heat and WOULDN'T TAKE THEIR BULLSHIT EITHER. Avoid them.

At the 611 number, we were not told to keep the back of the telephone; we were just told to keep the SIM card and battery and take the telephone to the UPS Store. The clerks at the Hemet Cricket store became offended at the suggestion that their customer service skills were not professional.

Based on that promise, I went to the store and paid off both phones, totaling about $500. After everything was completed, I was told that the promotion either only applied to one phone or was "not part of the program" at all. In other words, what I was told at my home did not match what the company later said they could honor. I would not have paid off those devices if the offer had been explained correctly. My advice to anyone considering switching:* Get every promotion in writing before spending any money.* Do not rely on verbal promises from door-to-door sales.* Call the company directly and confirm the offer yourself before agreeing.* Keep all receipts and documentation. Fraud Warning! Do not purchase a phone at this store. I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I…read moretold the employees that I wanted to pay for the phone outright then but was told by the two employees in the store at that time that I had to make installment payments to be able to get trade-in value for my old phone. So I agreed to finance the new phone and was given the monthly dollar amount for the phone after trade-in. Then over a month later when I got my first bill with the new phone on it I noticed that there were two finance contracts on my bill, one for the phone at the agreed upon price and one for around $10 for accessories. I did not agree to pay for or finance accessories. I contacted corporate about the error and then was told I had to have the store fix it. I've tried numerous times to get the store to correct it and each time they tell me I have to speak to the manager who is never there and never returns my messages. What the employee did was have me sign two finance agreements but on just a signature pad, never where I saw the screen or what I was signing (I know how stupid was I). She had me do this by telling me the system glitched and she had to redo stuff, "sorry can I please sign again". After this I found out from a friend that she had a similar problem with an unknown accessories finance charge. I guess they think they can get away with ripping people off that won't notice an extra $10 charge on their $200+ phone bill each month. We have used this store exclusively before for our families phone upgrades and had no issues in the past but they now have dishonest employees who will rip you off.

Hours of repeating myself, hours of them trying to resolve issues I did not have to ignore the issue I did have, hours of them giving me the phone numbers that are "not in service". So, I directly to the store and guess what? They tried to search the same internet I searched to get a phone number that is "not in service" If I cannot get something as salient and basic as your contact information and you are baffled at the very idea of what a phone number is WHY would I trust your ability to provide me phone service...15 years with this company. Time to look or a new carrier.
