STAY AWAT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!! Fair warning, take your chances but I bet all their 4 and 5 star ratings are paid for! Sociopaths have absolutely NO BUSINESS working in customer service!!! Two reasons I rated this ridiculous establishment with a 1star are because I can't rate less that 1 and because of a young lady named Erica. I believe the other illiterate yahoo's name was Amy or something to that effect. So it's the illiterate one that caused this rant and rating. SHE screwed up in adding money to my father's account, and had the incredulous audacity to suggest my father gave her an incorrect phone number. I get that this happens HOWEVER, my father asked her repeatedly if she had it correct because he gets a text confirmation within seconds of replenishing his prepaid account, and it didn't happen. She ASSURED HIM that all was correct because SHE got a confirmation... and not my father...as he should have been the one to get the update. Then instead of DOING HER DAMN JOB in assuring that the customer was taken care of AND DOUBLE CHECKING HER WORK she tells my father that he needs to wait a few minutes...AND THEN THE PLOT THICKENS. My dad tried to prepay so that his service won't be interrupted whic is EXACTLY what happened because the ILLITERATE YAHOO TYPED IN THE INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER. I had called the store and asked her how she planned to correct HER SCREW UP and she AGAIN HAD THE AUDACITY TO BLAME HER MISTAKE ON A PAYING CUSTOMER??? She said to me over the phone "How do you know he didn't give me the wrong number?" To that I said "Because my father is not trying to pay for someone else's service AND he isn't senile and still knows his own phone number". Her exact reply to me was "And my reply to you is that he did give me the incorrect number". I was fit to be tied.... Are you friggin kidding me??? Again I say sociopaths have NO BUSINESS working in customer service!!! Then again nothing less should be expected of a lazy sociopath. Thankfully the young lady Erica was able to assist when I got to the store. Again, huuuuge inconvenience on my father's health and well being. BANG UP JOB ON YOUR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! I'm just grateful they're not the only game in town for this type of service. Take this with a grain of salt. read more

The people who work at this store are so amazing, they went beyond my expectations. They had everything I was looking for, they even helped me transfer all my contacts, pictures, apps, everything from my old phone to my new one. While I got some tacos they took care of everything. The next day they even called to see how everything was going, THEY ARE AWESOME. 10/10 recommend. read more
