I didn't want t tell him I was in the ER with 6 herniated discs, as I didn't think it was his business. I told him I was not available for the evening for personal reasons, and asked if he could hold the phones for another day. He said no problem. I went in the next day and went to talk to Vic. He said the phones were already sold, as I didn't come back in when I was supposed to. I told him I had spoke with Caesar the previous day, and he assured me the phones would be secured. Vic informed me that not only had they sold the phones, but the ph are now on back order, and wouldn't be available till March. This was December 21st. He told us if we switched colors, we could get phones on Jan 18th. So I said fine, switch colors. Vic sat there typing for @ 2hrs, typing, then going into the bac room. Every time I asked him, what's going on, he replied, I have to go check on something. He initially quoted me $192 to pay for the taxes as a payment. He then 2hrs later said I needed to pay an additional down payment of $50 per phone, which was a total of $200 more. I fumed as I've been a customer for 4yrs, and never missed, or been late on 1 payment. After going back and forth with him saying there was nothing he could do. So I said fine, I'll pay the additional amount. In the meantime, he accidentally cut off my Netflix, and couldn't fig out how to have T-Mobile cover the account fee. I was there for so long, I paid for Netflix, so my kids would stop calling me.Vic assured me my account would be credited, we'll see about that. After about 4hrs of Vic fumbling around telling me he's trying to figure something out, he looked up at me and said, honestly, you'd be better off if you come back in the Spring. My response was, wtf are you talking about, I need a new phone now. My phone only holds a charge for about an hour. He said, well you'll get a better deal then. I was like you have to be kidding me. He replied, i can't figure this out, try calling corporate in the morning. Maybe they can figure thi out. It's saying you need a $200 deposit per phone. And a $30 upgrade charge per phone. It won't let m change it because, they'll think I'm just trying to manipulate the numbers to get a sale. The deal I was trying to take, was buy 1 get 1 free. why would I be paying all these extra fees for a free phone. If I paid all the extra charges he eventually proposed, I would be paying for the 2 free phones outright, and still have to pay for the other phones over a 30mo contract. I'm calling corporate in the morning, I'll write another review after speaking with them.
