Apparently they got rid of their best salesperson, Jason, and refused to divulge which store they moved him to. By they I mean the district manager who identified herself by first name only as DeLana, who let me know immediately that she could care less about customers that Jason has taken well care of for the last 2 years and refused to honor the solution to the issue with my tablet that Jason had told me he could take care of but they were out of tablets the day I came in. I gave her my name and asked her to call Jason but all she did was write my name down and then refused to call him. I've left other reviews online and always gave this store the highest marks and compliments, but my experience today doesn't even deserve a single star but unfortunately I can't leave less than that. For a district manager to act this way is not only an extremely bad look for Boost Mobile as a whole, but I can promise that my family and I will never be back to this store and will be canceling all six devices and going with a different cellular provider. Her response to this was a snarky "ok, bye!" and laughed while walking away. This lady will run this store into the ground I promise and as a district manager likely every store that she overseas. As I mentioned I've been a customer of boost for 2 years and in one single day she is destroyed not only my opinion of this company but also of her management abilities. I can tell you one thing, if she worked for me she'd be standing in the unemployment line tomorrow because you do not treat customers that way-especially as a district manager!! Great service great employee when I came in and needed a SIM card for a specific found they didn't have they sent me to another location and gave me directions I didn't have a phone so couldn't map it, when I arrived at that location they didn't have the SIM card and did not want to help me I'd ask more than once for another location they wouldn't call in advance I made it to another location after walking probably another 30 minutes they didn't have it and didn't want to help me I went back to the first location as the guy seemed more friendly he told me okay come back at 5 I'm going to call around and I'll do what I got to do but I will get you that SIM card and in fact he did when other boost locations in that area Brooklyn general area did not want to help me at all this guy went above and beyond, so if you need to visit a physical store in New York most locations in Manhattan closed in Best buy no longer you was with this company I would say definitely go to the location on Grand Street the actual name is Grand Street electronics but it's a boost Mobile store only. read more

I went in yesterday around 11:30. The one guy there was as friendly as a mushroom. Didn't acknowledge me and ignored me even though there was only one other customer there. Finally,when I got a one on one with him,he was not helpful. I asked him if he carried a certain battery and he quickly said no and shoved a box in front of me and said he would upgrade me. Great customer service, best in the city. Employees are always helpful and always have the best deals compared to other carriers.

I have had this phone service for years and the employees keep changing in the Cape Girardeau location, as well as lack of staff . I couldn't pay my phone bill on lunch break because of this and now I may not have time before my service is interrupted . I just went into the store at 3706 S Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63118 and the employee, who did not have a name tag on, told me that i could not get the LG X Charge for the ADVERTISED $79 because " i was switching out of a broken phone" and i needed to pay the $149. That was a LIE because i just bought the phone at a different store for the $79! Not sure if he told me that for commission reasons or what but they are clearly uninformed employees over at that store. read more

My son, who is mildly autistic, went to your store in Maryland Heights today and got somewhat confused about the questions the "manager" started asking him. He handed the phone to me to explain better to the manager what was going on. I refer to this person as the "manager" as she refused to give me her name after I had to ask her to stop yelling at me over the phone because my son was not able to verbalize what he needs. As he is 19 years old, he is an adult who needs assistance. Your "manager" yelled at me that he couldn't understand about porting the number, I asked her to stop yelling at me to which she then refused to talk to me anymore. She refused to give me the name and number of her supervisor and told me "I am the boss" but still refused to give me her name. On top of that, once the phone call was disconnected, she refused to provide service for my son who was still in the store. Not only did she lose a customer for Boost Mobile, but she refused to assist someone with a disability get service. What horrible service we've received from Boost Mobile!!! read more
