My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

The Geek Squad has come and hooked up my printer and second TV. I am somewhat tech savvy, but usually have trouble hooking things up. Having the Geek Squad do it, makes life easier. When I was buying my second TV, I was going in one direction and the sales associate asked me what I really needed and what I was looking for. Once he understood my needs, he showed me different options and actually found me a better choice. So that is why, I will continue to give the BB 5 Stars.

I ordered a phone on line and picked it up today. Drake was quick to greet me, helped me find the barcode (patience is a virtue), and quickly located my item. I asked about screen protectors and he offered to go get one for me and put in on! He brought three options and explained the difference, as well as the warranties, and then he neatly put on the screen. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and a good salesman! Another person (Kit perhaps?) was also working in the area, and she was also delightful. I don't think I've had such great service anywhere in at least a year!
