The screen was bulged out about 3 millimeters, and I could see inside the phone. I knew the battery was probably swollen, and this could be dangerous. I live in Fairfield, PA - where to go to get it fixed? Then I found LifeLine Rescue. I stopped into the Waynesboro, PA store at 5PM on a Friday evening, and the tech immediately recognized the problem. He had a battery in stock, and after 10 minutes and a very reasonable fee, my iPhone is as good as new! This shop is well laid-out, clean, efficient and the technician is very knowledgable. They pulled my receipt and then said I returned them a fire I had not purchased there. I have a fire on my receipt and only 1 in my house, I was told as she wadded up the receipt she could not accept the fire back. They had given me a fire that was not 4K but I paid 4K price. Then she told me I needed to be nice to her. All I said was I want to speak to a manager and I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. Honey that is no where near what you could get. Better training is needed.

We spoke, told issues, after considering $65 battery cost, and effectiveness to the problem, I didn't buy. SO, he did not cheat me, by allowing me to buy a battery. He SUGGESTED it would not help my phone. It was an internal computer issue. After googling later, saw Apple no longer supported updates for that phone. Graveyard is on the Horizon.
