I had my phone fixed three times by him within 3 months towards me $450 for three times taking to him for a cracked screen and two hello three times you can pull the whole screen back and see the LED lights at the bottom at the white background so I think it was a big rip off if you take it to him everybody thinks that he is there for them but he's not he rips people off because when I went to take the phone to T-Mobile the other day the girl took my protector off the phone to get to the SIM card it cracked the screen see what kind of junk is he using to fix these phones they should not crack that easy but he makes a killing I will never take it to him again sorry lifeline you suck read more

Brought an iPhone in that froze while trying to do a s/w update. Got a quote and went ahead with repair. While he was repairing the phone Jeremy noticed the screen had been replaced with a knockoff. ( I heard ALL about how cheesy the knockoffs were from him AFTER the repair was done) Then he wanted to charge an additional $130 to replace the screen since he put the ..POS knockoff screen back on! What a racket! Then he tells me that if I had told him the screen had been replaced he could have given me a break on the price (remember he noticed it during the repair and did not call me with that info). He knew he could more $ out of me with 'another' repair He tried comparing it to bringing a car in for new tires, and after the tires are replaced bring it back later for another repair such as brakes and and wanting a break on the price. Most mechanics would have noticed the bad brakes and talk to the customer during the tire replacement. Not him. He figured if he could do the initial repair, then close up and charge more for the 2nd repair. What a racket. Last time I will go to him, and none of my acquaintances will go to him in the future. I can assure that. He gets 1 star instead of 0 only because the phone works now. BE AWARE. IF IN THE MIDDLE OF A REPAIR IF HE NOTICES ANOTHER PROBLEM, HE WILL FIX THE INITIAL REPAIR, CLOSE IT UP, NOT FIXING OR NOTIFYING YOU OF THE 2ND PROBLEM AND THEN CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO OPEN IT BACK UP AGAIN TO FIX THE PROBLEM HE 'FOUND'. I went in about a month ago on a Friday afternoon with an older Samsung phone that wouldn't charge. The tech assessed it, explained the issue and how it could be repaired. He provided all possible damages that could arise (its an "edge" phone, curved glass with black coating on inside) and despite not having the part in stock, said to drop it Monday at Noon and come back by 5pm to pick it up. In the meantime, he provided me a wireless charger loaner to get me through the weekend. I didn't have to ask if he had something to get me through the weekend...he just gave it to me. Unrelated, I had mentioned that (as it is an older phone) I had cracked the camera lense. That's all... just mentioned it. So, Monday, I dropped it off, and he had received the part. I picked it up around 5, and despite the possible complications, the phone was fixed and in tact! Oh...and he replaced the camera glass, no charge. Never said anything to me about it.... I just noticed it that evening. Great customer service, very detailed explanation of the issue, how to fix and the possible issues that could come up during the fix! I recommend Lifeline Rescue to everyone experiencing phone or tablet issues. Way cheaper than a new device! read more

Lifeline Rescue is terrific. I accidentally dropped my iPhone X into a riding lawn mower. The screen was terribly shattered. I contacted Apple Customer Service and their fix would take week(s) and the repair cost was not much different than buying a new phone. Took my broken phone to Lifeline Rescue and Jeremy the owner replaced the the entire top portion of the phone (screen, digitizer, etc...) and had the pone repaired within 48 hours. Took my apple watch in to get the cracked screen repaired, spent 250$ then took it in the water a week later (on water mode) and it broke, my watch used to be fine going in the water before the screen cracked. Had to buy an entire new watch :( read more

I feel like I'm entitled to write a review because I've been here about six times to repair cracked phone cases. No, they were not on my own phones, they were for various family members over a period of years. In my experience, they are very fast and very convenient. It's about $150 to fix your phone case but you get it back in 20 minutes and it looks great, works great. Very nice to do business with. read more

Cracked my screen at work, went to lifeline rescue afterwards to get it fixed. It was quick and seemed so easy and I was happy, until I got home a few hours and put my life proof case on and the bottom left corner cracks. I return the next day to seek another complimentary repair, since obviously the screen wasn't installed correctly for putting a case on to crack it. The owner tells me "that's why I don't put peoples cases back on for them. That's user error." And that was all he did. Pathetic. read more

My son swam for a while with his phone before realizing that it was in his pocket. Once he realized it was there he took it out to let it dry, but it would not start. We took it to Jeremy at Lifeline Rescue and he aggressively tried to revive it for a week. Once Jeremy realized the phone couldn't be repaired he called me to pick it up at no charge.
