I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

Many stores said they had been out of iPhones for MONTHS but metropcs is STILL advertising ads for the deal. The ads should be cut if there is no more supply. I'll stay with my current carrier my 4 lines isn't wanted with metro. 10 stores in the Georgia heat never again. And at many stores the customer service was horrible aside from these 3 locations the Marietta st location and metropolitan/ Cleveland and oak st location which were good. How about checking why my the whole Atlanta region doesn't have supply or see whom is over advertising allocation within corporate don't respond to my review.

I was unable to and called into the customer service line. I was told I had to purchase in the store (which carries a ten dollar fee). So I speak to the Asst. Manager Carlos (who spoke to me without maintaining eye contact) and he tells me there is nothing he do. These people really need some soft skill training. The bright spot in this nightmare transaction was Demetria. She processed our request professionally and efficiently. This store needs more employees like her!

The service was exceptional (in Lake Forest ask for Enrique, he is knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant without being pushy). And the payment plan is as good as it gets; theoretically, it is fixed for life, something that I find hard to believe. My wife was also very happy with the service & her new i14.

We explained to the "greeter" (exactly) what we were looking for -- I was hoping to move from my iPhone to a new Samsung Galaxy, and my wife was looking to upgrade/move up to a new model iPhone. We talked to the greeter, he said it was all quite "doable," and then he put us on a 30-45 minute wait list. Eventually, another T-Mobile staffer waved us to the back of the store, where he busted out a small yellow pad and pen, and he quickly ran through a list of fees, charges, etc., that we'd have to contend with (i.e.: fork over cash for...on the spot)...all things we weren't told of before we came down to the store, or when we met our first contact there who was showing us the phones. In short, it felt like we were being "run" by a used car salesman. I remember those days when you'd go into a dealership, shake hands with a salesman, and think you were going to be lucky if you escaped (later) with that hand intact. This was not a customer-friendly operation. The numbers were thrown at us in a rapid fire manner...when the sales guy finished throwing all the fees and balance-due figures at us, I was surprised he didn't try to charge us for undercoating and floor mats. To make matters worse, there was a Harman Kardon speaker about 2-3 feet from my head playing tribal guarachero (trival) that was blasting out at a decibel level just under that of a jet engine. I asked the staffer if he could turn it down a little so that we could have a conversation, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Sorry...yeah, it's loud." He couldn't be bothered to ask someone else to turn it down, try to quiet it, or even unplug the device. We ended up leaving -- no purchases, trades or upgrades. The next time we look for/buy new phones, it won't be at this location.
