Went in for a battery replacement recently. was THEN told it was also a sensor. got both replaced and my phone is still charging slow, draining quickly, and the phone is STILL hot to the touch. the battery isn't even a legitimate Apple battery because my settings say the battery is unverified so it can't even tell me the battery health. not a good experience. waste of money. read more

I am warning you, do not get your phone repaired at this store. If you do, CHECK YOUR PHONE THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER. This is not a drill, they will mess up your phone and say it is not their fault. It is really unfortunate that I have to write this review. I am sourly disappointed by how my experience turned out and how my iPhone XR now doesn't work after a botched screen repair. 9/10: I arrived around 6:40 to get my phone screen replaced for an iPhone XR. Before the replacement, everything on my phone was working 100%. They do a checklist to verify this before working on any phone. I paid $151.00. The mall was about to close, so maybe this was a rush job. I retrieved my phone after about 20 minutes and headed to my car. I went straight to my Chase bank app as I exited the mall to review my purchases and the face ID was not working. I dismissed it thinking that it simply needed to be reset because I got a new screen. I was absolutely wrong. I spent the entire evening trying to reset my Face ID. I spoke with Apple support multiple times. 9/11: I went to the Apple store the very next morning, on Sept 11, only to find out they are not even open. All roads led back to the screen repair from Sept 10. I contacted this store as soon as they opened and explained the situation. They asked me to return so they can have a look at it. I obliged. I arrived to have them look at the phone. She changed screens again and said they don't know why it's still not working. She also mentioned she checked the Face ID before returning the phone to me so she is not sure what went wrong. She continued saying, I must've done something to the phone. This is all a full lie. I have absolutely nothing to gain by purchasing a screen replacement then complaining something doesn't work. I didn't want a refund I wanted my phone to work. They did a software update to my phone and the Face ID and detection feature still did not work. 9/12: I requested a partial refund of my $151.00 purchase because I would need to get the front facing camera repaired at this point because they messed it up and refused to fix it. They said they would call me back. 9/13: I requested a partial refund again and after talking to their management they told me since I signed the form after completion of replacement, they are not responsible. I now have a iPhone XR without a working camera detection and no Face ID. I'm not sure what she did wrong but they have declared they will not fix it and are not responsible. I will complain to every single person about this company until they give me a refund. I will only make an update to this review if they provide me at least a partial refund. I'm being nice by asking for partial because they still did the work. If they fix phones and this happened, then they should take full responsibility for disabling this feature with their poor repair. read more

My screen was done!! Couldn't even press anything on my screen. They fixed it in 20 minutes. Plus they fixed my cracked camera as well.... Definitely was a blessing, considering Verizon were asking for a $229 deductible for my insurance..... read more

Was looking for a place to fix a phone and came across this place. It seems it's a chain of them because I noticed about eight of them in the greater Atlanta area. I forgot the guys name I called but I asked several questions about how long it took to repair a phone as well as what the cost was for my particular phone. The guy was real helpful as well as being extremely patient. Apparently they were appointments and usually I'm used to waiting about an hour or two for a screen repair. The guy said that they do them in 30 min as the appointments are in 30 minute increments. I wasn't able to get the phone here but hopefully will be able to in the next week. I don't know how their work is but by initially calling they seemed knowledgeable about what they do and very organized. Therefore I will only give them four stars for the customer service. Ok so now a week later we got the cell fixed. read more
