So went to the one on Gen Mcmullen and the girl their got in but had expensive phones only but she directed me to this store and gave me the info to get into my account. Well Faithy found out that Jesus had given me his own address why I do not know but it was somewhere on Enrique parkway but the zip code was my old one. Asked how does that happen usually the computer fixes the problem she ad no idea. Then it was the pin number nothing what I used or told him. Then it was the name of my pet Max. He had it as MXS and to top that off the girl said it is not supposed to let you do 3 letters for a name again she did not know how Jesus did that. Well she got my account straighten out for me finally. So next problem with Spectrum. I went back and it was not Faithy but she helped me with my internet problem. She set up my device right there in the store all I had to do was plug it in when I got home and downloaded the app for me which I would have never got lol. I am 58 do not know all this tech stuff. It took awhile but it was worth the wait. Even left them a bag of peanut brittle a man came in and was selling that and brisket sandwiches. The brittle was homemade and did not want to leave it so tore open the bag and tried it out but had to leave else I was going to take it with me it was good. Thank you Ladies.
