About a year ago they shut off my service a month after my internet was turned on. When I called they said my account was delinquent. I let them know I had never received a bill. I have all my info and requested a paper bill monthly. I never received any. I have occasionally sent a few hundred here and there and called only to be told I had credit. Today my service is shut off AGAIN. I called and only got a recording to leave messages. This is the most ridiculous "business" EVER!!! I'm thinking they won't be in business too long with this type of business practices. Might be best to use AT&T or TMobile wireless.

However, if you don't want crappy connection speeds, completely unreliable connections with frequent and lengthy disconnects and customer service to match, then I suggest you go elsewhere. I really hope these guys have a backup plan for when Starlink finally becomes available because they're going to need new jobs. I've had them here 4 or 5 times in less than a year to fix my connection and it just gets worse every time.
