Loved that they were on time had masks on even though the heat was to much, they're so courteous and worked hard, but one of the boxed mattress tape unwrapped on one side, I let them decide on where to put the furniture in the storage unit because it's a moving company but I should've guided them where to put my furniture, I would recommend this Co. We contracted with "Vista" "Horizon" Moving and Storage. I can only think previous good reviews were for the previous owners. They were excellent. This time we were quoted an estimate after our home walk through. When we received the contract the price was about $20,000.00 more the the original estimate. We signed a contract which state payment required upon delivery before furniture removed from the truck. The first day of packing we received a phone call requesting payment. The second day we received a phone call wanting payment. I pointed out the contract. The third day they sent a form for a credit card to be on file for payment. It showed that the account would be frozen to that amount. We did not fill it out as we were paying by cashiers check. We finally gave them the cashiers check (for almost $50,000.00). It took 6 days to pack our home. On the 3rd day of loading the furniture, I received a call that they were taking the crew to another house to be moved and it would be 2 days before the would return to finish our home. What could we do? They already had our money. Beware!! The packers and loading staff were wonderful very professional but the owner and office staff are not. It is too bad the packers and loading crew do not work for an ethical employer. There is no telling how they are being treated. read more

I designated everything in the house as either coming with me in my car, going into a UBox or staying behind. The On The Move 928 team understood my plan and executed it efficiently and accurately. this place was awesome, not only did they help with moving my things into storage but helped move to north Carolina. They were on top of all, polite and courteous and handled my things with the utmost care. I have moved alot and have to say I would use again. Masks were on and they were very aware of the rules regarding sanitization. Cris was amazing he calmed my mind every step of the way and so helpful, I consider him as a blessing.
