I hate talking on the phone and pressing prompts to get things done. These people are real patient and courteous. Over all, they solved my problems. Somehow I never need to wait in line either. I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or they might have the correct number if people working so there's no line. Anyway, this place is the best.

The male employee told us we couldn't have them until 3pm despite them being in the drawer, with plenty of employees standing around and few customers. Power tripping employee makes us wait.

He made the process easy and informative. The previous stores made us wait for over an hour and we observed several employees being very rude to different customers! We walked out of both and decided to give this store a final chance before going to a completely new carrier (I have been with Verizon for 20years). Well it was worth the stop because we immediately were helped by Adam and he walked us thru the options and made the transition very positive. It is hard to find someone that still delivers excellent customer service today..,. And Adam is definitely understands how to do this and is a master at it!
