I have such mixed reviews on this wonderful franchise. I moved in to this up and coming area and was so happy when booster juice opened.. I was working out and trying to slim down and I heard smoothies were the perfect way to do that. And what better a fit than to support a local business I know and love. That being said, I started visiting almost every other day. My most popular choice was the High Impact Acai because of the high protein content and a double wheat grass shot (regardless of whether it was Wednesday or not) for its anti aging and antioxidants properties . Given how popular of a location, I quickly understood why the wheat grass was constantly out of stock.. I figured "they're a new location, they're still learning the volume and proper quantity" Totally understandable but very inconvenient. I even started to become acquaintances with the baristas! They were sweet and very friendly, and always apologetic when they couldn't provide the double wheat grass shot. I want to say 2/5 times I would try to get a shot, I would succeed. My life started to pick up so for convenience , I asked if I could start placing pick up orders over the phone. To be fair, they did start off by saying that they normally don't do over the phone orders. But the owners daughter specifically said that because of how reoccurring and returning of a customer I was, that they could accommodate me. I was going on with it for almost a year, with no problems and only one time I showed up 10 minutes after I called (as usual) and the wheat grass wasn't ready.. not a problem, it takes a while to juice . But what stemmed this review was the other day, I called to place a pick up order and when I showed up, it was a busy time and they didn't have a chance to make my smoothie. I was unfortunately in a bit of a rush and because they hadn't started making it, I apologized and left. Literally, the next day, I called to place an order and I was informed that they no longer take pick up orders.. Whoa. Here I was thinking I'd be offered a free wheat grass shot from all the times I've gone to get one and there wasn't any, not just for the inconvenience of them not completing my order the day before.. but when someone is spending $13.05 a day x 2-4 days a week in juice, sometimes multiple times a day (roughly $60 a week minimum, if I wasn't getting juice for anyone else at the time) you would think they would want to cater to their loyal customer.. needless to say I won't be returning and I'm currently looking into my own juicer .. read more
