The restuarant also serves, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, poutine, and sandwiches if you're looking for something more savoury.  I ordered the Karak Chai, and MyTreat (croffle, topped with cheesecke bites, graham crumbs, strawberry coulis, and white chocolate sauce, with a side of vanilla ice cream).  The chai latte was a nice compliment to the dessert.  The croffle was enjoyable, but the ice cream wasn't to my liking. It tasted low quality and a bit artificial in my opinion.  The portions were huge, and one order can be shared between two people. My partner and I ordered one dessert each and couldn't finish our shares, but we were still a bit full from dinner. If you got a sweet tooth, you will love this place! Ambiance: Great place to either grab a bite to eat or just come for the dessert. They also have a variety of drink options as well. The prices are higher in my opinion for some of the desserts. You are paying a fair amount for shake which is an average size (not that big). Food: Poutind: the fries are delicious and crispy, the only issue was that the cheese curds were too cold and the gravy wasn't warm enough to melt them. It was like eating cheese curds pieces with fries and dipping it into the gravy. It was still delicious! Try chicken tikka and avoid butter chicken poutine. Hotdogs: massive and are spicy Ferraro milkshake: did not enjoy there were large pieces of chocolate in there and it was beyond sweet. Nutella hot chocolate on the other hand is delicious I ordered the biggest waffle they have to share with a friend. The portion size was huge! D-Spot is my new go-to dessert place and TRUMPS Demetres by a mile for their quality and service. Food: a HUGE menu which can be overwhelming...in my opinion they're offering TOO much variety and it is so confusing. BUT when you deselect what you don't want and make your choice, you won't be disappointed. We've tried the nachos, hot dog, milkshakes, crepes, waffles, ice cream and various cake slices. No sexual connotations to this place, but a sweet tooth can definitely replace a few things. Located close to me, D-spot is the perfect place if and when you have a craving for desserts. Whether it be milk shakes, ice cream, crepes and waffles, this place has it all. Even a giant fondue upon entering. I've had a few things here such as their matcha, chocolate lattes, and their molten lava cakes which can easily be shared. The ambiance is pretty hip with cute dessert mural of characters all over. Yummy! Came here for dessert after having dinner, so were already fairly full. We came around 8pm on a Saturday night, so it was pretty busy. When we first came in, were greeted by a server and the owner who promptly seated us in a couple of minutes. Our server, Omar was really friendly and welcoming! He let us take our time going through the menu, which is huge and a little a bit daunting, and even took the time to explain its contents to us. Originally, we ordered a lava cake crepe and a white chocolate lava cake. Our server however, jokingly recommended against the white chocolate lava cake. We really appreciated his honesty! My stepdad still wanted to order it though, but our server made sure to let him know if we weren't satisfied with it. Like he said, we weren't that satisfied with the white chocolate lava cake, so our server promptly replaced it with a red velvet cake, which was delicious! The dessert was super good! Really hit that "d-spot!" The lava cake was warm and gooey, and the crepe is topped with fresh fruits and syrup. The red velvet cake was super moist and delicious! Both of them were served with vanilla icecream. Fair warning though, the servings were huge! We ordered two things and with three people, we still had leftovers to take home. At the end, our server also gave us a complimentary milkshake, which I believe was made accidentally. I'm not big on milkshakes, but it was really creamy and good. Unbelievable! Three of us ordered two desserts tea and coffee. Everything was really good (I take the dairy stuff on word from the others as I can't partake). A warm loving crepe and a birthday cake ice cream Sunday. It has been a really long time since we went out for dessert so my wife enjoyed the Sunday but said the ice cream was not that great. We mentioned this and it was passed along to the owner. He came by. Apologized and was overly generous in taking things off the bill. He said he takes quality very seriously and he will not have people leaving his place unhappy. You can tell that he really means what he says. All I can say is the place is great. Excellent service and delicious coffee and desserts. It is clean (way cleaner than the old place that was here used to be) and everything looks fresher and tastier. Come here and you will love it. The D Spot location in Etobicoke is smaller than the one in Mississauga, but surprisingly not as busy on a Saturday night. Came in to curve a sweet tooth and ordered the Iced Vanilla Latte the Strawberry Shortbread Cookie Skillet which came with a side of Vanilla Icecream and drizzled with Strawberry sauce. Relatively clean and quick service. No complaints asides from walking out of there with an increased chance of getting diabetes. read more

My group of three were the only ones in the restaurant apart from one other couple, however after taking our orders it took over half an hour to bring out 3 pancake dishes. Thankfully they tasted amazing, but then we had to track down the server another half hour later to get the bill. A good demtres substitute if you don't have the chain near your place. Serving almost similar items as the dessert chain. Came in during the day to avoid the evening crowd. We have driven by it at night and can see line ups out the door! Located under some low rise condos and parking is quite limited since it is shared with the same plaza as LCBO. This location use to be Spin Dessert and then they changed their name.. layout though is the same as the previous owner. Tried their molten lava cake (about 12$) and that came with two slab of vanilla ice cream and some oreo bits. It was good but wasn't out of the world. Also tried a cookie dough ice cream waffle, but instead of having only cookie dough ice cream, we did half pistachio and half cookie dough (as recommended by our server), this waffle could definitely feed like 3 or 4 people! Its huge, and when they say one scoop of ice cream its like the size of a foot ball. HUGE portions!! Unfortunately it was only mediocre... waffle was good, but nothing super special about it. Pricing was also only ok, waffle is about 14$ per plate but if you're splitting among 4 people it is definitely well worth it. Probably will not be returning as cravings for dessert is not really my thing. Nice atmosphere and great staff though! read more

They even upgraded the menu and had more desert and food options than what they had at Spins (previous dessert cafe). Huge portions, fast and friendly service but the only thing is I don't think the quality of the foods is the same as what it used to be when the cafe used to be Spins. I got the Thank You Berry Much with a crepe and it was ok. The ice cream tasted artificial, almost like Pepto Bismol. Then I tried it again another time and I got an apple pie and my friend got the lava cake. Our plates looked like a mess, and the vanilla ice cream had a weird aftertaste. All in all, this place improved aesthetically but the quality of foods is definitely not as good as it used to be when the store was Spins.
