They were very patient with my questions. Prices vary pending on what brand suit you're looking for. Caleb chose the perfect accessories- Cole Haan's / and a nice blue button down shirt. While we were getting half(2) of our group of measured and fitted - a prom group(6-8) walked in and all the attention was directed to that particular group , leaving us waiting . We arrived first and there prom group all left before us. We spent two total hours in this store.needless to say we were very disappointed . Fast Forward to pick up time . One of the suits arrived measured wrong ,the coat jacket and pants were too long and the suit jacket alone needed extra alterations due to statue . Ronnie recommended a tailor in which we used to get the look we were looking for. Unfortunately that tailor wasn't successful. We felt defeated because after speaking with Ronnie about issue of the suit he couldn't exchange it due to alterations being done to the suit . We accidentally found a nice gentleman who did alterations while looking for a new suit at a different business. He immediately understood the issues we expressed in the suit and immediately began pinning . Needless to say he was the real deal and we will use his services and suits from this point on. Not to mention a person from our party paid for his suit completely including alterations for his paints just to pick them up and be told that he hadn't paid for the pants . Baffled because we couldn't figure out how he would have all other pieces to his suit except paints ... So unorganized. I'm giving a two star because a salesman by the name of AJ worked so hard to get things right but to could only do so much because he did no do alterations. It's imperative to treat every customer like your- "first customer of business ". Don't drop the ball because you think someone might not buy something.

My relationship with Belk will continue. I did learn a lesson and that is to check my bag or watch the clerk for accuracy and to ask for an email receipt and a printed one. Thank you Erin for making this situation better! I can now share this updated experience! Keep your receipt IF you get one! I take complete ownership for not checking my bag to make sure the clerk placed it in my bag and not just the items. (it was a group of clerks laughing and having a good time and my clerk was involved in the conversation so guess that is why I didn't receive a receipt). Got home to find that I had purchased the wrong size in exact same item I had purchased previously. The sad part is-I used gift cards so there was no record or way to trace the transaction. Could not even exchange for exact item, only needed different size. My option was to pay more money! Just be conscious to ensure you get your receipt because there are no exceptions. Due to this, I returned $125+ of other merch purchased the same day that I had receipts for and the CC paperwork too all was in my bag but the one receipt!
