Parking is ample. No directions to show where to drop off Amazon returns. They keep changing if. There's a line for the check out that you have to go all the way around the aisle. Very tough for persons using walkers or wheelchairs and also people with disabilities. It's a right area and a long walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. I did buy a couple things with the 20% off coupon. read more

Move self-pickup near CS. It is idiotic to have it way back in the store. So very inconvenient!!

I find the store convenient for Amazon returns and picking online orders. I occasionally shop in store. My only true complaint is Vanessa. As a middle aged woman in customer service, someone should've taught her by now that people come before products and tasks. Every time I come to make an Amazon return I end up waiting at least five minutes while she scans items that have already been returned versus taking care of the multiple customers in line. Isn't the Best but it The Worst as "CERTAIN" reviewers have mentioned ...I'll agree the store could definitely be better managed/the sections are not neat , and the store seems "understaffed"...I have to say I experienced rudeness from the consumer end(as a consumer myself.) Having just moved here from up North, I was shocked at the blatant "slurs and offensive nature" of some of the consumers towards the "staff". This place is DISRESPECTFUL. I never expect too much generosity with stores but a basic response when the customer is talking shouldn't be too much to ask for. Two ladies working cash registers Wednesday night 01/11/2023 @ 8-9pm were very rude. The younger girl had the audacity to make faces to her other co-worker bc it was 8:50, which is 10 min till closing but there were others in line so not much we can do. The other co-worker was ignoring her customers when they told her to have a nice day and just continued talking to the other co-worker. Honestly just no professionalism & no mannerisms. It's very unprofessional and RUDE to make faces and talk about your customers when there standing right in front of you & yes they were making faces and talking negatively the whole time. No stars!!! I wanted to see what they had on special. They had ornament boxes on sale. They had a 50 percent off w/ an additional 40 off. I had a coupon for an additional 30 off. Right after I picked them up a girl took the 40 percent off . I didn't find out until I was checking out. Them the girl says it was there from yesterday and I wouldn't get it! She did say they had 15 percent off!!! I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again!!!! read more

Just left this store, tried to buy 3pc luggage set that was advertised on line and in store as a 3 pc set for 1 price. The 3pc were one inside the other. At the counter we were made to wait forever because the cashier felt like it should be rang up separately. After 15 minutes of holding up the line the manager said no it's separate even though sign in store, and online clearly stated it was one price. So we left went to TJ Maxx where they had the sets displayed separately if they were to be rang up separately and had no problems purchasing our new set of luggage. Boo on you Kohl's! Worst store ever! Messy messy messy! Store looks like a tornado hit it! NO cashiers up front...NO employees at the customer service desk. Found 2 employees just walking through the store, chatting with each other and laughing. Absolutely incredible that Kohl's pays their employees to have fun and NOT work! I complained about the conditions at this store to corporate and returned 2 days later. I had hoped that things would have been cleaned up a bit. NOPE. The SAME messes I found earlier in the week remained. How are you supposed to shop a store like this? I've got a better chance of finding what I need in WalMart! read more

Just left this store. I wanted to by a cross necklace for my grandson. Saw on line they had some nice ones. I could not find anyone to help me. Went to customer service and as asked for help; they called someone who never came. I was ready to spend $$$$ for a nice necklace. Oh well! read more

Love this store! The employees & manager go above & beyond to assist. Evidently the 'messes' the previous people complained about in 2013 are no more because I shop there at least 4x a month & have never seen the store looking like it does in their photos. read more
