After placing the order I was not sure if I had indicated the right size. To hedge my bets I ordered another pair, a 1/2 size smaller. Right about the same time as I placed the second order, the first order arrived. (In excellent packaging and with priority shipping.) It turns out this pair fit fine, and quickly I attempted to contact Sneaker Outlet to let them know. Via phone and email the connection was made, and not only did the representative (Bill Q.) say he had been able to hold the second order, but he also provided a 15% discount on the first order.
