The colors and hip and trendy, as are some of the heights of the shoes. I had been looking for a black pair of boots and ended not looking here first. Bad mistake. I went to another shoe store that I won't name and ended up speaking 4x times the price for almost the same exact boots. They have a new selection on Thursdays of pretty much the whole store. The prices are more than reasonable and you can get 2 or even 3 pairs for what you would spend in other stores. The store also carries handbags. They usually have a special going on that is buy 2 get one free. Great for sandals. For a long time I could not wear any but flats after breaking my ankle and this place came in handy. Extremely comfortable. The workmanship is great. Worth the price. The store is set up in aisle form with sale items along the windows. Lots of benches to sit and try the shoes on. It is located in a strip mall with an Office max, Walmart neighborhood store and a dollar tree.

The store is set up with men on one side and woman and handbags on the same side. By the registers there are socks, pads, pantyhose and sprays for your shoes and sneakers. In the back of the store is the clearance items including clearance hand bags. Honesty the men's side looks good but I can't say I go on the side a lot. The store is set up in rows that is easy to navigate. The variety of sizes and selection is awesome. There is great deals in the clearance handbag section. I have been able to purchase a handbag originally priced at 69.99 for 4.70 after taxes. AMAZING!. And that is just one of the many bargains from that section. Being a rewards customer had its perks also. After become a member several times a year (birthday,anniversary, christmas) they send you a certificate for 10.00. Also, certain times of the year when purchasing items they reward double points. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, willing to go beyond. Great customer service. You can also purchase items online, have them shipped and return to store if not satisfied without and problem. A store to stop in a look for sure.

I was looking for a pair of shoes since the airline that I took to Orlando lost my luggage, or what they would call delayed my luggage. I eventually did get my luggage but I didn't have my check in luggage for a few days. I walked through the aisles of the ladies shoe section. Found a few shoes that interested me and tried on a few pairs. In the end, I decided to pick up two pairs of shoes. While I was looking for shoes to try, the 2 employees working the store had asked me if I needed help or if I was still doing fine. During my visit, I had to use the restroom and the employees let me into a clean restroom in a hidden room, by the register (just thought I would make mention in case you find yourself in the same situation). When I was paying for it two pair of shoes, I ended up signing up for the rewards club (free) so that I can earn points on all of my purchases. At NO store did a sales person say hello or ask if they could help me find something. I walked into this Famous Footwear and was delighted to find it clean and well lit. The employee welcomed me and showed me how the store was arranged. She was so friendly and polite! It was great. I ended up finding the shoes I needed for an event tomorrow. I wish I remembered the rep's name, but her number is 307764 and I remember her nametag said that she is an Assistant Manager. She deserves a pat on the back (and a raise!). She is great.
