Got scolded as a customer for following the directions provided in email for in store pickup…read more We got a mattress topper that was put in bulk orders which is in the back, was told to go to customer service per email, we waited for help at customer service until a cashier was available. When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner.

They were beyond patient, knowledgeable of not only the items in the store, but of the teams and sports. We were not greeted, we were not asked if we needed assistance just seen the employees standing around having conversations amongst themselves. My daughter literally had to ask someone to assist us. I will no longer shop here. The first time I went to this location my wife and myself were buying clothes for my daughter's birthday. There was a jacket on a rack that said all jackets 20% off. We went to check out and have well over $400.00 in merchandise that we are purchasing. My wife always makes sure that the sale shows on the bill and notices that the jacket did not reflect the 20% off. My wife said something to the young girl behind the counter and she tells us that this one was not on sell. I went back to where the jacket was hanging that had the sign and then showed the girl at the front counter. She then with an attitude told us that the sale was not for this jacket. I said that was fine so I just suggested that they remove the sale tags. This happened a few more times on other items. Yesterday I went to purchase my son some clothes for his birthday and another sale tag was hanging and once again I am being told that the item was not on sale. I left all the items on the counter and left the store. I took my money elsewhere. Let's be honest, this is Texas! There are stores that sell these clothes all over. I will not be returning to this location again. I am trying to spend money at your store. I do not deserve the little attitudes from these girls. And I suggest taking all sale tags down.
