Not quality in sales, suit, or service. I had an issue with an order and I was questioned multiple times on whether or not I was supposed to be charged for a vest, and was given rude looks. Had to call 3 different stores to find out whether or not they charge for vests if you specifically ask for NO vest. Paid $263 for one suit. Had a stain on it. Then I pick it up, show them the receipt and they mention that I asked for an express delivery date when I got fitted. (2 days earlier than the rest of the party) meanwhile the suit arrives 5 days earlier than the "express" date that I paid for...? $60 express payment! Useless market/scam tactic. Just buy a suit... but not from here. Never renting again. read more

FYI. If you have a Saturday event they will expect your rental back the next day or you will receive a $20 late fee per day. No negotiation.. don't plan a next day leave for honeymoon & have family return Monday or you are screwed out of $20. 1000% they know their hours on Sunday suck (11-6) so they do this to add $20 to the already $300 tux/suit rental. SCAM! Go with a local company, they will work with you on the return days and price. Everything is built to order and most the time you can buy the tux/suit for around that price or only a little more. read more

Purchased a tuxedo for my wedding, and realized it had a huge rip on my way to the ceremony. The suit was sized to fit me, so not sure why it ripped. I had to tie the suit around my waist like in the 90's. Horrible! Went in today to get fitted for a suit so I could go on some interviews. Let salesman helping me Amir know that I did not plan to buy anything today just wanted to get an idea or pricing and sizing. Amir lost interest very fast and even got an attitude. Sales is a game of customer service and this was a very hostile environment. I have always received excellent service at this particular location. While nothing seems to be cheap anymore the service is exemplary. Michael Van Gordon is always helpful when I bring myself or my sons in to get a suit sportcoat or shoes. I enjoy finding bargains in here when I'm just browsing. Came in around 11am and had someone help me instantly. Told them I was new to the suit game and had no idea what to get or what I needed for a friend's wedding that was next week. The guy helped me pick out something that fit me in store and choosing a full ensemble that included pants, dress shirt, suit, belt, pocket square, socks and shoes in under 30 minutes. I spent time at this location for my wedding. After having issues with my tuxedo at a different store (not a Men's Wearhouse), I was recommended to the Men's Wearhouse and specifically this location. When I arrived, Michael greeted me, and from the moment Michael started assisting me to the moment I left the store with my custom tuxedo (3 different trips to the store given that it was a custom), I felt completely taken care of. He's incredible. Knowledgable, caring, offers advice as needed, seems to be a true expert, and leaves you wanting to return to the store (a rare ability). Furthermore, it takes an hour to get to this location from where we live. That should be a hassle - but working with Michael, it's totally worth it. Just an absolute star in this business. My husband and father-in-law walked into this location a few months back when we were shopping for their wedding attire. We were greeted fairly quickly by Brent, the store manager, who started what turned out to be a three hour suit shopping endeavor. Brent took his time, was clearly knowledgeable about suits and fashion, and helped us pick out not only their suits for the wedding, but other suits (there was a sale going on at the time) for both gentlemen. Although this was an extensive visit, we all had a great time and Brent never balked at helping us once--in fact it was probably one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I've ever had and I don't even like shopping. They had told me that my husbands suit would be in a week before my wedding and it never came. So fast forward to the day before my wedding and we still have no suits. Every TIME that I have been here I have had personalized service and style or fashion coaching when putting together a outfit -- what I Mean if the people here have a style sense and can quickly co-ordinate shoes, socks, pants, shirt, tie, vest etc. there have been times that I have had 2 or 3 different combo's laid out for me to get a grasp of. We called this MW (frantically) in search of a particular size white dress shirt as we were leaving for a wedding and my husband couldn't find his dress shirt (and we live out of town). Michael the manager was very sweet and helpful and said they could go ahead and steam the shirt so when we got there we could quickly pay for it and head out. When we arrived the shirt was already pressed/steamed and the staff were very accommodating in helping us change and pay for the shirt quickly. I shopped at Men's Warehouse 2/24/16 and was very impressed. This was the best service I have ever received in buying my suits. I was greeted at the door and asked a few questions on what I was looking for and within minutes had found two perfect fitting suit jackets and was measured for matching pants. I also got a great deal on a sports jacket that I believe is one of the best fitted I have ever worn. Make sure you talk to a manager when you come to this location. We set up rentals and wanted to pay ahead for everything. Which I thought I did. Weeks later when I went up there to match colors I had someone ask which vest I got my step son. I couldn't remember so I asked them to check, come to find out one hadn't been ordered. On top of that, the lady we first spoke with said there was only 2 options and this time I was given 5. She said they were new by 6 months, but I had been in only a few weeks before. Also I asked for the total and paid. Then when our grooms men went to get their rentals and they had to pay. It was so confusing. I just wish things had been explained better. read more

We used them to suit out our groomsmen for our wedding. There were many things that went wrong and we were less than please. They messed up my husband's pants. They didn't give one groomsmen their shoes. They didn't give them socks. There was a man there who was very helpful but the ladies who worked there were very unpleasant. I've never bought a suit before, I tried a few other places before coming here. I'm glad I waited to purchase because the customer service I received here was bar none! I worked with Mr. James Massey and he made my experience so great I decided to buy 3 suits instead of one. My fiancé and I ordered a suit for our wedding back in February, and got caught up in the pandemic. We waited patiently, yet received no contact regarding our order. We reached out and ended up getting shuffled from person to person telling me what I already know. That the store is closed and to check their website. Our wedding is 20 days away and they have no care that they are holding a custom suit we paid for. They won't mail it, allow pickup, or even treat us like human beings getting automated messages. I'm devastated my fiancé may not get a custom suit so person as a tribute to his mother. I would recommend people to go anywhere else and find a place with a heart before purchasing a suit from them. I totally understand this is uncharted waters for everyone but after getting pushed around time after time, I'm just disappointed and heart broken my fiancé may not have a suit to wear to our wedding. read more

Very bad experience in mesquite at mens warehouse. It took 1 1/2 hours to measure my son for a tux rental for his wedding. We were told to come in a week before the wedding to do his fitting and the rental of bowties and suspenders for the groomsmen. When we came in 8 days prior to the wedding, they said we had to pay a rush fee of $20 on the rentals and $40 fee to set up the wedding party...(for 3 bowties and 3 one size fits all suspenders). That same evening I got an email receipt of the transaction and the wedding date was incorrect on the receipt. I went up to the store to correct the problem and again they tried to charge me additional rush fees for changing the date. I complained and they removed the fees. When we went to return the items they tried to charge us $20 per item to return them a day late. I complained about our horrible experience we had had and he said he would just throw our return in with another groom and remove the charges. In addition to all the extra fees they tried to make me pay, the service was horrible. There basically was no customer service at all. And the employee who helped us kept forgetting what we were renting from them. He kept asking when the party was coming to get fitted for their vest. We were only renting suspenders and bowties. I was really frustrated and would not recomment using mens wearhouse in mesquite unless you want added stress to your event. read more
