He was with a customer, so I started to walk out, and he asked me what my situation was, asked the customer if they could hold on for a second, and quickly solved my problem with a unique workaround I wouldn't have thought of (my iPhone wouldn't let me click on any links sent to me). I was SO happy as this had been a huge problem for over a week, and since I was traveling, I did not have time to find an Apple store to get it fixed. He didn't even charge me! I'm a huge fan because of his great customer service and creative solutions.

Ken partially took apart a laptop computer that would not power on, for an older gentleman that…read moreknew nothing about computers. Told him it was the mother board and over $700 to fix. So that gentleman left with the computer and brought it to me to recycle. I said I would take a look at it. When I opened it up, it was missing 3 parts! The RAM, the thermal pads and the WWAN card. He did NOTHING except argue that it wasn't his problem. BUT ... it was under warranty and he also said it wasn't his responsibility to look any of that up. It would have taken 1 MINUTE to look it up! This is a $4000 computer! He said it was not his responsibility to give advice to those that don't have any knowledge of computers. As a professional, it is definitely a person's responsibility to have integrity and offer the best service possible to your customers! Never take your devices there if you don't have any knowledge of them, as he will rip you off right under your nose!!
