Their pickup area is in the back of the store so you didn't have to wait in the cashier line, and was very convenient. I really appreciated the service and help I received from Asim. I grew up in the neighborhood right across the street. When I went in the store recently with a friend the woman working there acted as though we were there to steal merchandise. There is a fine line between customer service and making a person feel like they are being watched. It made me and I friend extremely uncomfortable. My friend and I both have the means to shop in this store and do not look like we are off the street. I am now hesitant to return in the future and recommend this store to other friends based on this experience. I have noticed in the past that they tend to cater towards people they know unless you pop in during the Dickens Fair.
