The guy in the front said something when we walked in and never said another peep or offered to assist with anything at all the whole time we were there. That's not even what bothered me. What made me absolutely livid was when the female worker blew my father off mid-sentence when he was asking her a question about their sale and said "It just depends" with a snarky attitude and TURNED HER BACK ON HIM AND WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. I almost lit her up. I'm done with 5.11 once and for all and I know deep down many others are as well. Prices are good and typically I am able to find things on sale or get Kohls cash to use later. The staff have been very helpful and checkout is quick. I rarely have to wait in line more than a few minutes when they are busy. When I have questions they are able to help me. The Sephora addition also has a great selection and staff are happy to help with questions on colors and skin type.
