My parents hired this company in 6/2019 to remove a tree. After paying full price, the company tore up their yard in an effort to remove the large tree. They then said it was too wet and they would come back. It is 12/2020 and they have never returned. The yard is un walkable because of the damage they've caused to the earth. Today my dad fell into a two foot hole they left behind on their negligence. This is a company of negligence and thieves. I absolutely do not recommend them at all. read more

The price was within my budget, and they got the job done faster than expected. The owner on the other hand need to get on board with the team. My lawn was also damaged by the equipment, I asked the owner for topsoil and I would fix the lawn myself. The owner need to communicate with customers better than he did with me. I got an estimate for stump removal and set up 2x for them to come out and do the service, depending on weather. There was little to no response from them and they were a no show. I called Booth Specialized Tree Services because they were advertised in my local paper. I scheduled an appointment with Dan Moran for an estimate on my front yard tree for cutting back and shaping. The estimate was a bit high but I agreed to schedule the job for 10/4/19. 10/4 came and he did not show up. I called Dan to inquire as to what happened. He offered no explanation and said he could come next week. NO way..if he can't keep a scheduled appointment or offer an explanation why would I trust him to do the job? read more

They came to my house with a 2 man crew, that should have been the first red flag. I help the guy in the tree repeatedly having to get on the helper for not holding the rope as he was cutting parts of the tree. During the process of cutting down a tree, they hit my house with the tree.  Their dishonest staff did not make me aware that they had damaged my gutter. They cut the trees and left. They did not ask me to come outside and inspect their work. I called the sales rep and asked about the stump removal. I was told that the machine for that was not available that day. In the meantime, I went outside to check out the work and noticed the damage to my gutter. I called the sales rep who asked around and someone admitted to hitting the gutter. During that call, I asked when would someone come to get the stump. I was told by Wednesday. Mind you the tree was current down the Thursday before. Wednesday comes and I call again, this time I am told Thursday or Friday. Called again on Friday and told by Saturday. Long story short, they did not come until Monday, over a week since they cut down the trees. My gutter did not get fixed until Thursday of the same week, which was 2 weeks after they damaged it. They also damaged the shed gutter. I did not request they fix it because we will be taken them down soon. I would not recommend them. During this process, my neighbor across the street was getting trees cut down by a very professional tree company. I asked them to come and remove the 8 remaining trees in my yard. They removed all of them without damaging my house and had me inspect to make sure I was happy. So disappointed I didn't know about them the week before so I could have saved myself some time and headache. read more

Booth Specialized Tree Services did an excellent job trimming my Magnolia tree, cutting down a tall Maple tree and grinding the trunk and roots that were in my yard. I called and spoke with them on a Sunday, they came out on Monday to give an estimate and quoted a fair price. They arrived on Wednesday promptly with a crew of people to perform the job. I have used Booth Tree Services for many projects over the past 10 years or so. I've had over a dozen large trees taken down with no problems. I've also used them for some landscaping and firewood services. Booth always beats other quotes I have obtained. I have recommended them to several friends who were happy with the service. They are prompt and they give you a written estimate up front. So I don't understand how anyone can complain about prices, but some people just like to complain. I had one good experience and one bad experience. The bad experience had more to do with price than anything else. On one of the adventures, one of their guys fell down a tree while attempting to cut it down. Make sure to get other estimates before using this company. I hired this company to cut my tree down, yes they cut the tree down, but they completely tore up my yard with their heavy equipment. I called and sent photo's as I was at work the day they provided service. The owner of the company said he would send someone out to blow all of the sawdust off my roof and put down grass seed. Well that is just what they did, they blew off the roof and threw a hand full of grass seed in there heavy equipment tire tracks. Poor service I feel they took advantage because I was not home.
