Meow Wolf Denver is hands-down my favorite location so far…read more There's something about this one that feels more intentional and cohesive compared to the others. It still has that signature Meow Wolf chaos and "what am I even looking at" energy, but it feels like the artists came together with a really clear shared vision. Instead of just exploring random cool rooms (which I also love), this one felt more curated - like every space is part of a larger, connected world you're slowly uncovering as you go. It's immersive in a way that kept pulling me deeper in the longer I stayed. I've loved all the Meow Wolf locations for different reasons, but Denver is the one that felt the most complete as an experience. If you're only going to pick one, this is the one I'd recommend!

My girlfriend and I love experiences like this. We get especially excited when there are secrets to…read morediscover or passages to be found. This place is described as being right up our alley. We were disappointed with the lack of secrets, passages, puzzles, etc. it's pretty much just a bunch of art (good art to be fair). However, we then discovered the prices. While we appreciate this place and its art, it's only enjoyable if you don't mind being extorted. We got the most basic tickets, at $105 for us both. The basic experience is just a walk through, with the story and more interactive elements being locked behind a pay wall. At 105 dollars, I should be able to hear the dang story. The food and drinks followed suit with the rest of the shake down and were expensive as well. It's hard to appreciate the local artists when I can spend the same amount of money exploring Denver for 2 days. I cannot recommend this to anyone that is not financially well off. If you care about your dollars, there's plenty else to do.

Y'all!!! This was such a fun event! I had never been to an Upstairs Circus and when I was planning…read morean intern and internal alumni event this location popped up at the top of my search. And I am so glad it did. It was easy to request event info online and the event team was super responsive. Originally my event was for 20 people but we ended up having about 30 show up. But since we had the location to ourselves on a Monday, that number was fine. Kayla and Whitney were so great, they made sure everyone had everything they needed and kept the drinks flowing. I highly recommend partnering with Upstairs Circus for team building events team events friend events or just a fun time doing something creative. The diy projects vary in difficulty and mostly, it's something that you make and take with you. I made a gold tassel necklace and it wasn't easy but it's something that I'll have the rest of my life that I made at this event with this memory. Thank you Upstairs Circus for this experience!! Looking forward to doing it again.

What a fun and unique date night experience!…read more My girlfriend and I received a gift card to Upstairs Circus and chose to celebrate Valentine's Day crafting to our heart content. This place was a dream!! Now, I'm an experienced crafter myself, while my girlfriend is not so much, but I'm happy to say both of us were able to enjoy it. The options are a wide variety including activities for all skill levels, and the instructions are very straightforward. The bar menu was also plentiful, with a variety of signature cocktails, some limited wine selections, and even some holiday-inspired shots! I also felt like the staff all took great care of us, making sure we had a memorable experience. They continued checking on us whether to help with our crafts or to fill up our glasses, were kind and attentive. This was such a special experience!

I went to see the beautiful, colorful, psychedelic chapel, but had a lot more fun than expected!…read more As expected, the staff is super laid back and helpful. Tickets are 25 bucks. The light show is timed throughout the day and I arrived like 45 minutes early, so I had plenty of time to explore their "downstairs area." Tons of free arcade games. I played Pac-Man and whatever game it is where you shoot aliens. There is also a car racing game. There is an old school basketball game hooked up to an old TV. They have a large projector screen hooked up to a Nintendo switch with Mario and Zelda games. I actually really enjoyed coloring in the many coloring books they had. They have retro, funky furniture, fun decorations, and merch for sale. The light show itself is a fun time! No videography or photography during, but they do a basic show at the end so people can take photos and videos. You can lay on the floor or back in a pew on one of the many fluffy stuffed pillows and watch and meditate. They have great stoner music too (think Pink Floyd). And of course, the chapel itself is beautiful. No partaking in cannabis while in the building. They keep it family friendly (there were toddlers there when I went, but they were well behaved). They have multi-denominational church services a couple times a month where people can use cannabis. There is a lot of nearby street parking, as it's kinda in a residential area, though I took a Lyft. Also a mile or less walk to some of the main food and bar sites on Broadway.

Awesome experience! The light show is well put together and flowed great with the music. They…read moreencourage you to lay back and relax so it can be a very calming experience. I do feel like the prices were a bit steep for the experience. They offered a $5 off student discount but I think I would've appreciated a cheaper admission. Glad I came but I wouldn't come again
