I just had my first experience with men's intimate waxing, the kind that Steve (the owner and sole esthetician) calls "bat, balls, and dugout!" I was definitely a bit nervous about the "exposure" I would be open to and any possible pain involved but that all melted away (pun intended) the moment Steve began working. A wonderful experience!!! You know from the moment you walk in that you are in good, experienced hands for a waxing, all the more so if you are a little nervous as it is your first waxing. The decor and setting looks professional and Steve (who happens to be easy on the eyes), immediately makes you feel welcome. Steve is concerned throughout the procedure with his clients comfort and his exuberant personality serves as a nice distraction as the hair is stripped away. Steve is also extremely thorough as once he has waxed an area he meticulously uses tweezers to remove any hair not removed by the wax. Facial, nose hair wax and jock wax Very good experience and great customer service. I found out about Boralis through a Groupon special and I am glad I did. Originally I went for a dermabrasion facial. Which I was very pleased with results. People commented on how good my skin looked, that was a surprise While talking with Steve he told me about a nose hair waxing and he said it didn't hurt. He was right, it didn't and I love the results. I feel like I can breath unobstructed is the best way of describing the results. Very pleased. A few weeks later I came back for another dermabrasion, nose and ear hair wax and added a jock wax. Again very pleased with the results. I've always shave and this was my first jock wax. I was super nervous with good reason but I love the results. I will have another jock wax without concern. Areas of the jock wax did hurt but per Steve it's because the roots are large. The next time they will be much smaller. So for me as soon as the wax was 50% over I was fine and afterwards I had no recall of wax hurt. Totally gone and ready for my next and I am big baby when it comes to being sick. I'm really pleased with the whole experience. If you shave give the jock wax a shot. I will be back again many times. I just went to Steve at Boralis for waxing. I have over the years tried shaving, plucking and waxing by a woman. My experience has not been good.
