I know I am going against the flow of fantastic reviews . But, After setting up an appointment several weeks back for a full body sugaring, that was accepted and confirmed, and despite indicating on the website "My focus is in all gender Body Sugaring, specializing in Brazilians", today I am receiving an automated text message indicating that my appointment is cancelled. no context, no explanation, nothing. I had to call to speak to the sugarist to get some context and explanation. I am told that some services are not offered to male clients (so what does all gender mean then). Then why accept the appointment in the first place? The bare minimum should have been to at least give me a call pro-actively (rather than an automated cancellation sms), and at the very least make the studio's website clear. read more
