He has a great ability to talk with you, explaining his product and his recommendations for installing it. Other contractors were slow to call, difficult to converse with and just not as enthusiastic as Bryan. He came out for a quote, walked us through the process, and got us on the schedule. He has a lot of jobs so asked us to remind him a few days before our service date, which I recommend you do regardless of WHO you are contracting with to assure you are all set! Bryan's son Nick arrived as scheduled and was professional and super friendly. He got to work quickly and the crew completed the job in a few hours with all cleanup and removal of debris. [There were small areas of foam overspray that we cleaned up do to some additional work we were doing but the work was clean, well-done and finished when they left.] I was very happy with the job and the garage and shed have shown amazing improvement in holding temperature. This Sterling One manager was upset with us for not using them. It's a small town and we like to spread our business around. What caused the hanging up incident was that a bathroom counter that they installed was damaged on installation and they would only give us a store credit for another counter order. We decided to go with Cambria and Sterling One proceeded to upcharge us $600 more than the competition since we were a captive customer and to recoup their screw up.
