Milena Bonilla P.A., who is Board certified, evaluated me and treated my hair and skin conditions. She knows how to treat African skin, which scars easily and is prone to hyperpigmentation. She also addressed my hereditary hair loss and the products that I need to buy to treat it. I am impressed with her results. There are many skin product samples in the office, which I have taken home and tried. I now know which cleansers and sunblock work best on my skin. Ms. Bonilla nor anyone else in the office has ever pressured me into getting cosmetic dermatology work done, like Botox or chemical peels. I have made an appointment with a general surgeon to have the epidermoid cyst removed. After your I&D there was no reduction in size and it is like I did not see you at all. Please send the results of the culture as soon as you get them. Sir, your bedside manner is non-existent. You lack compassion and you don't LISTEN to patient feedback. You administered 1% Xylocaine with Epinephrine. You did not wait even a minute before making an incision. The pain was severe. You minimized my complaint, telling me I was feeling "pressure" and not pain. Sir, I have had more procedures with local anesthesia than I can count. That includes oral surgery for a root extraction, bone graft and gum closure 4 weeks ago. Also Mohs S-plasty on June 18, 2024. I felt pressure but never pain. What I felt in your office was PAIN! Do not EVER dismiss a patient's feelings or feedback. I will have my other skin care needs attended to by a dermatologist in Florida when I get there. My advice to you, based on my experience and based on the comments left by other patients is to reassess what you do for a living, why you do it and if you cannot become more engaged, more empathetic and more communicative, stop practicing. Once in the room and after waiting at least 20 mins, I was told she was out of Botox and that Jeuveau was the same thing. I would have preferred a call before I showed up. I would have canceled my appt. Once there, I felt on the spot and decided to try it. It's been approximately one month and it's wearing off. Botox lasts a long time for me about 4-5 months so I am very disappointed.

He refused to perform a high-frequency dermatological ultrasound, claiming it wasn't necessary, and falsely insisted I had rosacea--a condition I have never had in my life. He also claimed that my 17-month-old Radiesse could not cause edema, completely ignoring current medical literature on late-onset inflammatory responses.To make matters worse, the procedure itself was a terrible experience. He administered hyaluronidase injections without any local anesthesia. He briefly applied a piece of ice, rushed through the process, and injected the product in a brutal, impatient, and careless manner. It was incredibly painful and completely unprofessional.He minimized my symptoms, ignored the physical distress I've been experiencing for months, and treated me with utter arrogance. I am sharing this so other patients dealing with filler complications know to look for a specialist who actually uses modern imaging technology and treats patients with respect.
