I called last week and told the female who answered that my face was oozing, bleeding in spots, she said that is supposed to happen. I said on the directions is says not to put on an open wound , is why I'm calling. She replied and I quote " maybe you should just avoid those areas" I went there the other day and my face is all infected. No idea why some says MAYBE you should do something instead of asking a DOCTOR. Also they got blood all over an expensive Levis shirt, I said why wouldn't you ask me to take it off and give me a gown to wear? When filling the prescription for the chemo cream I was told the cost would be $300 , when it was ready I was told it was $80 . I asked how it got cheaper. She said they prescribed a larger tube that the pharmacy didn't have in stock. They gave me a smaller tube and assured me it would be enough. After applying twice a day for 3 weeks I have 3/4 of the smaller tube left. No clue why they prescribed such a large tube, so I would waste hundreds of dollars ????? Sorry to say I'm unhappy with this practice.

I made an appointment with the confidence that it would be a safe environment and that my rash would be treated. Every expectation I had was confirmed. The front desk staff, the manager, and the entire staff all masked and welcoming. The Medical Assistant, Bitsy , so warmly escorted me to my exam room and asked me preliminary questions. Then she introduced me to Dr. Fenton who i had never met. I was so grateful for his knowledge and time he took to diagnose and explain the course of treatment he was going to recommend. Not feeling confident in them I went to a different dermatologist. He sent me for a biopsy immediately. It was cancer. They're probably fine if you want Botox or some other cosmetic procedure, but I would never go back for any serious issue.

The Parking Lot was spacious and easy to maneuver around. Upon arrival, I was greeted by several friendly Staff, Front End Gals and Medical Assistants; Everyone is beautiful! The waiting room was clean and comfortable; - I was able to Check In - Using an iPad System; - It could not have been easier. I was immediately impressed with PA Aminov; She was compassionate, friendly and pleasant. She listened to all my complaints/concerns and addressed them carefully, expertly and expeditiously. She ensured that pain was kept to a minimum throughout the various dermatological procedures that she executed. Before finding Dr.Spilane, I had seen over three dermatologists who all misdiagnosed me and said my symptom was untreatable. Even worse was that the breakouts were just getting worse as I got older. After so much time and money wasted with facials, chemical peels and trips to the drug store, I came across some research that made me realize that I was probably struggling with hormonal acne. In comes Dr. Funt and wah-lah! After carefully examining my face during my first consultation, Dr. Funt took her time to explain her findings (hormonal acne indeed). She designed a straight forward treatment plan and made sure to let me know that my skin was going to "purge" or get worse before it got better once I started my trentinoid treatment. She explained that it takes weeks to see noticiable results but to just stick to the treatment plan and promise that I would be very happy with the results in a few months. Three months in and wow! With Dr. Funt's treatment plan (that included both an oral medication and another topical cream I had never had prescribed before), and my dedication to stick to my treatment plan as directed, my skin is better than EVER! Dr. Funt then addressed the hyperpigmentation but only after the acne was under control. I now use very little foundation and when I go makeup free, most folks cannot believe I am not wearing any because my skin is so clear and has this amazing natural glow to it.
