It is a bit hot in the waiting room but since many (all?) of us are going to be topless for imaging, I get it. My wait was not long and the imaging itself took less than 10 minutes.

Maybe after the procedure it'll get bummed to five. Original One-Star: I just got a voicemail that this place is canceling my MRI that I've waited 6 weeks for. No reason given...I'm guessing it's a holiday weekend and they don't want to stay. I was told scheduling would be reaching out "momentarily" to reschedule. No one called, so I called them at 4:20pm. I was on hold until 4:30pm when the call rolled to their voicemail telling me they closed at 4:30 and to leave a message. I've never had a facility just decide they didn't want to do a procedure, so they'll reschedule it b/c it's unimportant to them, but not to the patient. I'll be very interested to see how long scheduling tells me I'll have to wait for the next opening when they call in THREE days. Unbelievable!

But after some thought I decided to change due to the time they wanted me there, and the distance. So I called my doctor's office back and asked to have the MRI done at Borg Ide imaging at Culver Park.I may also add the first time I had an MRI it wasn't pleasant due to the size of the machine, and I wasn't prepared for it. But I got through it. Things were different this time. My doctor gave me a sedative and the machine they used was bigger than the other one I had years ago. This machine was larger, the back was open, more spacious, and I was relaxed. :) Regarding the radiologist, "Sandy", she was a real pro, an all-star. Each phase of the procedure she told me how long it would be, and where we were at. It went very smooth. I was pleased and I highly recommend Borg Ide if you need an MRI.

I have had wonderful service at the Linden Oaks imaging center which was closed. The tech who did my imaging today at the Culver Ridge location was beyond awful. She complained about her job, how no one reads her notes, and was defensive throughout the entire procedure. She asked me for information and then snapped at me and told me that she couldn't use it because it had to come directly from the source. Made comments like, "Well, that's something I wouldn't know!" when I supplied her with an answer about where the original testing was done. She was the one asking the questions... It was very confusing. Constantly interrupting me and talking over me. Rather than issue directives, she chastised me for swallowing a mouthful of saliva-- but did not tell me she needed me to wait to swallow. She was defensive about why the procedure was being done. She seemed almost irritated that she had to do it. That makes two of us now... When I tried to tell her why my physician ordered the test, she again interrupted me and talked over me --pretty much the entire time. I finally just gave up and lay there, waiting for it to be over. She complained for the full half hour. Longest test I've ever had. And of course I'm concerned about my health this entire time...Patients are anxious enough about test results. We do not need angry, hostile, clearly traumatized workers with poor social skills doing these types of images. I don't know where I will go in the future if I need tests, but I hope there are still enough locations that it will not be back to Culver Ridge.

The reception staff is professional, knowledgable and efficient, as are the techs. My only complaint is that they refused to let me have a copy of my images. Unlike other providers I have used, their policy is that my ordering physician must request them for me and then they will get mail. Kinda weird, if even legal, and inconvienient.

Pulsifer Medical Associates has not contacted me about my claim, so I have to assume that they condone this behavior. It's sad that the medical profession protects abusive behavior.

Dr. Geoffrey Morris is an exceptional diagnostician, and goes out of his way to bring his patients…read morethe best care. He has literally saved my life. I was in excruciating pain. I had a blocked bile duct following gall bladder surgery. My gall bladder surgeon did not diagnose it. I was jaundiced, my liver numbers were through the roof. Dr. Morris diagnosed it immediately and moved mountains until he found the head of gastroenterology at URMC to take me on an emergency basis to do surgery. I will be forever grateful.

They texted me a link to fill out the paperwork 72 hrs before my appointment. Which I filled out as soon as I received it. I have cancer and have enough going on. The weakness and pain on the left side of my body, has added more than I can tolerate. Yesterday my partner called to confirm my appointment, and to inform them that I might be 5 min late. They informed my husband that if I was 5 min late, I would not be seen. My wonderful partner spent all day on the phone, rearranging all my cancer appointments so we could make this appointment on time. We even arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for an hour in the waiting room and noticing that everyone else has been seen except us. We asked the front desk person what the problem was. She tried to say that we did not confirm our appointment, or fill out the paperwork, so we were placed on hold. Made no sense to us. Which of course it did, because it was a lie. After I asked the front desk about this, they told me, I was next. Then they proceeded to take 3 more people who came in after me. Once they took me back, it was hard for me to sit still and listen to directions, because I was so aggravated about waiting so long for no reason. While I was back there I heard another woman complain, they told her they were really backed up. When I came out my BF was visibly upset. We left, then he told me, they told every person who walked in the same thing they told me, until someone came from the back and said, please start telling people we are behind. Everyone in the waiting room was talking about how terrible the front desk was. They basically lied to all their patients, making them feel like they were to blame instead of them. Not sure what they expected to gain accept for a bunch of really mad patients, who knew they followed directions and were told they didn't. I do not do business with liars. I called my oncologist and told her what happened, she promised she will never send me back again. She heard a lot of the same complaints. Do not recommend, they do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
