From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs.
