A few weeks before my vehicle lease was due to end, my car was involved in an accident when another driver hit my car while stopped at a red light. I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. I really wish I did not have to visit this place, but I have been here at least 5 times....seriously. However, I am glad they take great care of my cars and do it quickly, and at reasonable prices. You see, I have a family where some of the members are not the best drivers and, quite frequently, we need to engage the services of an auto body professional to repair some small dings, intermediate size dents, and large quarter panel replacements. As compared to going to the dealership (and they will outsource it anyway) with high prices, you are better to bypass the middleman dealer and go directly to someone that actually does the repair. This place offers very good service, prices, quality, and speed for any auto repair. My "only" wish is that they offered a frequent loyal visitor discount card so I can collect discounts as my family is such a good customer. read more

We had a great experience with this business. Friendly and professional service. Our car was delivered quickly and was placed in a que for the work to be done when parts were available. They recommended a local Enterprise dealer down the road with special B&R pricing so we could apply our limited insurance credit to get a car that met our needs. Car was fixed promptly with a pretty quick turnaround under 3 weeks including weekends. We had a slight issue with performance of vehicle once received but Patrick looked at the car immediately and fixed the issue. Service is offered with a warranty. Overall a great experience. After asking some fellow workers and reading on-line reviews I decided on having my car repaired there in conjunction with State Farm insurance. The car came out perfect the first time around and was done with two days of the original estimated date. They said it was a parts issue. But speaking of parts I had no idea State Farm would make them put on used parts from another car. My car is just a 18 months old. Everybody assured me it was no issue and the work is lifetime guaranteed so hopefully it is so. Other than that, great work and nice people to deal with. Not your typical 'car mechanic' mentality for sure. Hopefully, however, I will never see them again. lol read more

I had the misfortune of having the right side of my car side swiped on 2 separate occasions. The first time I used a body shop in Boca and was extremely disappointed with their ability to color match and blend. When brought to their attention they said..."That's the best they can do because of the nature of the color" Not happy I left as a dissatisfied customer. A month or so went by and as I approach my car in a shopping center parking lot I see that some one again side swiped the right side of my car doing even more damage than the first time. This time it was so bad that I had to place a claim with my insurance company. They had me get a quote from their preferred body shop in Boca...a different one....and upon providing me with the quote said the very same thing....tough color to match. "Bummer" said I.....My car is an Acura ZDX...had it in for service at Phil Smith...and when I mentioned my problem they highly recommended I stop at B&R...and so I did. To make a long story short, simply put, they did an outstanding job in repair and color match and were a joy to work with.
