Sent pictures of my Acura TLX to 3 different local shops after getting my grill dinged by a reversing 18-wheeler. Also had a bodyline dent above the wheel-well that i didn't even remember how i got that i decided to get taken care of at the same time. Greg took time to give me a solid estimate and when all work was completed, the price was actually less than the estimate. I cannot remember when that ever happened anywhere else. Picked up car this morning. Work was perfect. Finished when they said they would. Real journeymen. This place is a Deerfield treasure.

6 months later my car was involved in an accident. The front bumper cover was severely damaged and my driver mirror was completely gone. The glass on the driver side was also scratched badly. This time insurance was involved and Greg was able to process and send several revisions. Pretty much every part was genuine BMW, the paint work is awesome it looks like a brand new car. Greg took the time to make sure my front bumper fit like factory, he even consolidated and performed work on the hood, he paint blended the front of the hood to get rid of several rock chips and dents. My daughter was involved in an accident through no fault of her own. The other operator was "excluded" from driving the car she was in, so Progressive would not cover the claim. Needless to say my daughter may have had only a $4,000 car, but it was a total loss. Enter Greg and 21st Century Auto. Greg allowed us to have it towed to his shop so they could see if it could be put in reasonable operating condition. Unfortunately it could not. However Greg tried when no other place would, didn't charge for his time or storage, and even walked her through the sale of what was left of the value of the car. After researching autobody repair shops in the Boca Raton area, it was the stellar list of positive reviews that convinced me to go to 21St Century Auto. During my first visit for an estimate, I had the pleasure of meeting with Greg Vetto and his wonderful Dad, Bob ... two of the nicest guys you'll ever want to meet! Of course, I can't forget about their dogs, four of them, who greeted me with friendly wagging tails. First, I should say that I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to my 2016 SRT Challenger in Plum Crazy Purple. I take great pride in keeping my car in tip-top condition, always making sure it's looking as brand-new as one could imagine. After some brief discussion, Greg took the time to conduct a thorough walk-around of my car as we both found and identified various minor (but noticeable) paint scratches that would require wet-sanding and buffing, as opposed to repainting entire panels (doors, fenders, hood and bumpers). Greg felt that by performing a wet-sanding on these scratches, he'd be able to greatly reduce the obvious visibility of each one. However, he cautioned me that by going with the wet-sanding route, some of the deeper scratches might not disappear as much as I'd like. Then, there was the larger issue -- a dent on the leading edge of the front hood area that occurred on I-95 when a chunk of steel debris unexpectedly bounced onto my car at 70 MPH. This would require complete removal of the entire front end bumper assembly for proper repair and repainting. Within a few minutes, Greg supplied me with a very reasonable quote that I knew was a fair price. Right then, I made an appointment to bring in my car on the following Monday, the week of February 3rd. Greg said my car would be done and ready for pick on Wednesday the 5th ... and that's exactly what took place. Just as he said he would, Greg called me on Wednesday morning to say that my car would be ready by 2:00 pm. I arrived at 21st Century Auto at 3:00 pm to find my car parked out front and looking Brand New in every regard. Every one of the scratches were completely GONE ... the front bumper was PERFECT and the car looked like it had been totally cleaned and detailed. Seriously, I was truly AMAZED at just how great everything turned out! In summary, I would go out of my way to praise and highly recommend 21st Century Auto to anyone in need of Top Quality Autobody Repair. I needed to fix some pretty nasty and conspicuous scratches on the back bumper of my '08 white Toyota Prius on a college student's budget. After some sticker shock from the quotes I got in the Boca area, I managed to find these guys hidden away here on Yelp, and man am I grateful I did. Not only did they give me the cheapest quote out of all the places a visited (low $300s compared to upper $300s and $400s) to repaint and buff the back bumper, but the kind mechanics also took the time to fix my loose gas door, AND tuck in a flap hanging out of my front bumper for no additional charge. Hell, I think they even went around detailing out a few tiny scratches I had elsewhere. The icing on the cake though was that I dropped it off on Tuesday night and had it back by Thursday afternoon; the owner even picked me up and drove me to the shop as I didn't have any other way to get there (free of charge too).
