First call went well, Meg was very energetic and made me feel I could trust her with the look I was going for with the bouquets. I had a very tight budget as we were well over our overall wedding budget. I sent photos to Meg of what I was looking for, unfortunately I couldn't find a yellow rose photo that I was after. I told Meg dark yellow and she came through! The shade of yellow was perfect!! It matched the groomsmen's pocket squares. As for my bouquet, I was very specific of what I wanted. A dark red, rounded bouquet. When I saw my bouquet, it was more than I had expected and imagined it would look like!! We had one last call the week of the wedding in case we had any changes, Meg had the idea of brining the bouquets to the hotel. I told her I'll have my bridesmaids meet her at the lobby. Well, during my photoshoot, Meg comes in to introduce herself and gave me a hug and let me know she brought the flowers up to the room! Meg is awesome! That was a very honest and realistic way for us to stay in budget but still have the florals of our dreams. They were prompt day of the wedding. In addition, we were worried about not having enough time with our photographer to complete the flat lays; Sheila accommodated this and allowed my husband and I to pick up the flat lay flowers the day before for this to be done (her idea!). Tried to support a local business for bereavement flowers I needed delivered today. First they call…read moreme to say they don't have the arrangement they advertise on their site. And offer clear vase and a vague "more flowers". They said they could still deliver today so I said ok. Then 2 hours later, when it's too late for me to get same day flowers elsewhere, they call and say they ran out of lillies and could put yet more flowers in and deliver tomorrow. What on earth! Then wasted more of my time when I said I want a refund putting me on hold. Calling a customer twice for an online order is terrible - if I wanted to talk on the phone to order flowers I would call to order them. People order online for convenience this shop can't deliver. Don't waste your time! And I've wasted yet more of my time trying to warn others not to waste theirs like I did. Heh
