There is one main doctor running the show and he has great chair side manner I guess you'd say? He does quality work. Haven't gotten a root canal from him YET but I'm sure it will be great. The practice wouldn't be the same without his wonderful staff. I think even my first time walking into the practice the receptionist knew my name. Which was a little weird but also reassured me everyone is really on top of the day to day operations. I'd honestly rather get a root canal over getting my teeth cleaned but It was actually the best cleaning experience I ever had. Stephanie was incredibly bubbly and nice and put me at ease. With high dental anxiety- that's not easy to do. One last thing I'll add I appreciated about Dr. Mosley is he didn't make me look at the close up pictures of my teeth. I always hated that part too. He did offer though! My husband has a lot of issues and a long road of fillings and root canals but we are excited to get started with Dr.Mosley. He even got an extraction at this place - which is never fun- but he was pleased with how it went. The next fillings he is getting are his front teeth and I'm so excited to see the confidence in his smile grow with each procedure. When I walked out of my last visit, everything was completely fine. There were no concerns mentioned about scheduling or attendance. The orthodontist who originally told me I needed braces, suddenly said she wouldn't provide them to me, she said "don't waist your money", "get veneers", which was very offensive, due to the fact that she was the one who created my entire dental treatment plan 6 months prior. Today, when I called to book my filling appointment, I was told I can no longer schedule in advance, because I missed three appointments in two years. After spending over $3,000 on services, I continue to experience delays and poor treatment from this racist clinic. The only reason I remained a patient was because the doctor defended me , and protected my rights from this extremely rude and unprofessional front office staff multiple times, especially the manager. She has never greeted me, and gives me the nastiest looks. She's always angry and looks miserable. At this point, I feel the situation has become unacceptable, and I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and ODS.
