When I later checked my bank account, I discovered that Sajide had used my login credentials to make an unauthorized Zelle transfer of $1,290 directly from my account to theirs.For a long time, I contacted them repeatedly demanding either my completed tax returns or a full refund. I had lost my job that I had been at for 6 1/2 years and emailed him to ask if he could work with me on pricing for tax preparation because of that. I got a call from his office soon after I sent my email but my phone only rang once. No one left a message and no one ever emailed me to reply or follow up. So, my gut feeling told me that he was acting funny style towards me now just because I asked him if he could work with me. I ended up having to get someone else to do my taxes for 2021. Fast forward to now, which is tax year 2022. I emailed him last Fri 3/10 and asked him if he had time to do my taxes and it is now Monday, 3/13 and still have not gotten a reply. As someone who gave him business for 5+ years, I would expect Randy to have some decency and at least reply and tell me that he is unable to do that instead of just ignoring me. That type of behavior is unprofessional and something I never expected from him being that I was a long time client of his. If he would have replied and explained to me that he was unable to work with me I would have completely understood. Not to mention, there was a NOTICE OF POTENTIAL DATA BREACH sent out to clients (including myself) in 2020. It stated that a number of The Bean Counter's clients' tax returns had been filed without their knowledge. This really happened to me. Fraudulent tax returns were filed in my name and prepaid debit cards were opened up in my name as well. This is why I need a PIN every time I file my taxes now. But, even after that, I still expressed interest to have my taxes done by him. Nevertheless, this tells you a lot about Randy's character. I was a client of his for years, I went through a little hard time in life and asked if he was able to work with me and got no response. He couldn't even tell me no, just straight ignored me.
