When he came home you could clearly see he still had a tooth there to re-attach it to. So $1200 wasted because he is too nice. He was then told it would take 2 weeks to get a temporary flipper so that he could get the tooth pulled (the one that isn't there anymore), then move onto a very expensive implant. BTW, they took his newer crown from him, so we can't even take it to another dentist to re-attach. After 2 weeks he called the office to ask when the flipper would be in and was told that they forgot to send the request and that it would be 3 MORE WEEKS!!! THIS IS HIS FRONT TOOTH!!! He called this morning and was told the temporary flipper is there and NO ONE called to tell him. Every time he deals with this office staff it's an apology that they dropped the ball. BEWARE of this dentist, but especially the inept office staff. Apologies don't matter when it continues to happen.

We have gone through many office changes and never had an insurance issue or procedure issue until now. With a mishap with nitrous being given for a procedure when we signed for it NOT to be used because it makes my daughter sick and the office manager's unprofessional treatment with an insurance issue, we are done. I cannot trust that we will not have any further problems with insurance filing. She indicated that their providing insurance information is a courtesy, not part of their job. So when scheduling an appointment, it is my job to know when we can schedule to be covered, since it's our insurance, it's our job to know what's covered and how to schedule. This was all over a cleaning appointment for my daughter, which was two weeks too early for coverage. However, all they had to do was resubmit to insurance, as I asked for. Plus, when we schedule, we always ask to schedule when we are available according to insurance coverage. After calling to see ow to get this taken care of with the insurance, the office manager insisted I pay and asked 8 times during our phone call how I'd like to pay for the cleaning. She sent us text messages with a payment link, and then she put our accounts for the whole family under review so we could not make any appointment changes. When I called my insurance and asked why it wasn't paid, they said the office could ask for a resubmission or clarification. Also, they asked for codes I had no idea about. Since the office manager would not call and do a resubmission, I contacted our company's insurance agent for help. The insurance issued payment a week after this call with the office manager. Never in all my life have we ever been treated so rudely by an office/insurance person at any doctor's office.

Twice in the last three years I have received both texts and emails reminding me of an up and coming appointment. After arriving I'm told I was not on their schedule. I was scheduled for an appointment on June 9th 2026 at 9:30AM. The week prior, a crown came off a back moler. I replied back to the reminder text regarding the issue. They immediately called and suggested I arrive at 9:00 rather than 9:30 in order for Dr. Fox to evaluate his repair. When I arrived this morning, I was told I was not on the schedule to be seen. The young lady gawked at the computer screen. Then looked up and said. "How about July 28th"? I explained my situation and she was clueless of what to do. After I said I'd go to another dentist, another young lady looked up and came to help MS Clueless. She was much brighter. She offered the next day June 10th at 9:00AM. I thanked her and asked her to schedule the appointment. Later in the day, I received both email and text reminders. The email came with an apology. Once Dr. Fox completes the repair, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I own my my own business and inefficieny is never allowed from my employees.

They took their time in crafting the temporary crowns, making sure they were comfortable and not touching when I bit down. The next morning my teeth feel like nothing has happened to them, a very positive experience overall. Looking forward to getting the permanent crowns put on in a few weeks so I can resume eating sticky or hard foods.
