I have been going here since 2021 and I…read morecalled this morning because I was under the weather they wanted to charge me a $75 fee and make me a walk in for future services so I decided to still go to the appointment for me to get there and talk to the receptionist and say hey if this is how you guys treat your patients we can just do the work and end our relationship because no dentist is going to want to work behind another. Tim talked to Dr Keith Robinson who said hey if she's not feeling good let her go home reschedule her appointment. So they came and got me from the back room where I was about to just suffer and get the work done. In that moment I was like ok so they do care about their patients but under false pretense they scheduled me for next week when I got home they had canceled the appointment and dismissed me as a patient. They then told me in order to get my records I had to pay $45. I went back to talk to the doctor and they refused to let me speak with him or wait continuing to say the same things over again. Eventually they called the police and lied and said I was disturbing the building when they had moved me to a conference office to talk and I was calmly sitting in the waiting area. They also refused to pay me the money I paid to even book the appointment. I love supporting black excellence but things like this is why I see why others don't.

I decided to change my schedule & go with what I wanted done & canceled an appointment more than a week in advanced. Bobbi calls the next day saying, oh the Dr. happened to be looking @ your xrays & you need a root canal now. Lol That's fine, have the dentist call me, because that's not what we discussed. She says the dentist's ​don't call the patients we do. No problem I guess they don't want my business. She gets uppity & says you're welcome to get a 2nd opinion. Yes I am. And that is exactly what I am doing. Make sure Dr. Daryl is aware he is losing $11,000 over 2 years. I saw Dr. Murphy she was very nice, but the bafoons upfront aren't qualified to put burgers in a bag IMHO.
