It was frustrating at 9 PM to move all of our stuff... However, it was definitely needed. The hotel is in an ideal located in intercourse. We stayed in January 26 and was advised that the hotel was only 10 months old. It's still definitely has a new feel. They do offer hot coffee 24 hours which is nice. The breakfast was OK, the staff working at the breakfast, felt like they were staring at you. The front desk gentleman was mopping the floor when we went to leave. Overall, that bad after we got through the room change.. however I will definitely think twice before staying here as this area has lots of hotels.

It was clean, spacious, and the air-conditioning worked. My only glitch was that housekeeping didn't show up the first day until 4 PM. That was right around the time I had a quick break before I had to head back out...I asked if they would come back in about 10 minutes and they said it was too late. It was fine...I only really needed some more coffee for the morning. They did take care of the room the next two days while I was out at my training. All of the staff that I came in contact with throughout my stay were terrific.

I immediately notified the hotel over the app message system (as I was told to do), and was received response that the hotel management would be notified. 3 nights later on day of check out and after house keeping had come in multiple days, the same half empty water bottle was still in the same spot and the shower was still not draining! I documented in app again that the original problem had never been addressed during the entire stay. No acknowledgement or apology from the hotel itself.
