I am a 36 year old woman and I could barely lift my leg to get dressed, walking hurt, going up a hill was incredibly difficult, and I could no longer sit on the floor with my children for any length of time. I did a bit of my own research and decided to give physical therapy a try before surgery (with a very lengthy recovery). I am so thankful that I chose Jackson Clinics!! Rob and Rae were both wonderful! I broke my back at 12 and have been through quite a few different physical therapy programs. I have never had such success!! The amount of knowledge Rob has in his field is unprecedented, in my experience. If you are willing to do the exercises, I believe you'll have success as well!! I worked out frequently before going into therapy but Rob pushed me every time I asked for more. I truly believe that I will not have to ever have surgery with the coping techniques he taught me.
