Pam greets you everyday with a smile and always gets any issue with scheduling resolved right away. Every single physical therapist and Doctor here is amazing. Kyle,Julie,Marlon,Renee and Corby all feel more like family. I feel I have improved tremendously since I first started coming 2 months ago. They truly encourage you and help you get back to your normal self. The environment is relaxed and you eventually start getting to know the other clients that are regulars too. I would recommend everyone to come here. I have gotten muscles firing that I haven't felt in a long time. I owe that to everyone here at active physical therapy Hagerstown. I was hurt by Meredith in PT because she had me doing exercises that I shouldn't be doing. This is what happens when you go to places like this and the people working on you are NIGHT SCHOOL certified! I have filed a law suit but it doesn't give back the three years which has been taken from me by an incompetent moron! Last this company Meritus likes to sidestep something like this because they have money to deny the truth. Don't think the Patient Advocate is there to help you! It is Meritus first line of defense and first line of circling their wagons! Do the right thing and settle because your PT did medical malpractice!

They were patient, kind, intuitive (freakily sometimes - in that they knew exactly what needed to happen to help), and personable. I appreciate honesty, and they gave it to me straight. After ~3 months of therapy, and with a full plan of what to do now, I am on my own with the use of my arm back and the great possibility that all will be fabulous very soon as long as I keep working. I cannot recommend them enough. I will miss them greatly!

Recently I experienced the same injury. They assigned me an OT ( I didn't need an OT). My new person is Jenna. She didn't help much and caused me a decent amount of pain. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable about how to improve my mobility and which exercises would serve me best in reaching my goals. I tend to be a bit shy but both ladies helped me to feel comfortable and even made me laugh at every visit. I personally can not say enough good things about both of these physical therapists. Highly recommend them both!

He is always kind and gentle and willing to listen to you about other physical problems you may have. He's also very educated about other medical fields and usually knows more than my Primary Care Physician. The other thing I love about talking to him about a problem or health issue is that he will usually, if not always, recommend solutions that don't involve medications from big pharma. Dr. Jones has cured substantial neck and sciatica pain for me and many other nagging health issues. He is my Chiropractor for LIFE!!
