They have Some kind of fraud or scam in place because I know for a fact that they were charging people cash saying they didn't take Medicare and they did. So basically they were double dipping so they had to refund one party either the insurance or the patient well obviously the patient who should've obviously slam them with some kind of fraud lawsuit or criminal case against that place. But they just shut her up by sending her a check for an entire years worth of appointments that she went to and had to pay cash for.

At 67 yrs. old, I have spent 50 yrs. of my life in pain from a car running directly into my back, & after a failed back surgery, the next 18 yrs. in constant chronic pain, later at John Hopkins I was told the truth, that my promise of relief from the surgeon, had only a 65% success rate, I was lied to & I would be on pain meds for the rest of my life. After being referred here because my podiatrist recommended I go to Lauren for dry needling, I was contacted quickly to establish myself as a patient. Tiff and Rae hold down the front desk and are wonderful. They are so down to earth, funny and all around good people. They go out of their way to chat and get to know you. They are also very understanding if you need to reschedule an appointment. Lauren is very knowledgeable and professional and no doubt is the reason I got over my plantar fasciitis. She helped explain everything, gave me home exercises and dealt with my whining dying dry needling! I also worked with Steve and he was also great. I am a 36 year old woman and I could barely lift my leg to get dressed, walking hurt, going up a hill was incredibly difficult, and I could no longer sit on the floor with my children for any length of time. I did a bit of my own research and decided to give physical therapy a try before surgery (with a very lengthy recovery). I am so thankful that I chose Jackson Clinics!! Rob and Rae were both wonderful! I broke my back at 12 and have been through quite a few different physical therapy programs. I have never had such success!! The amount of knowledge Rob has in his field is unprecedented, in my experience. If you are willing to do the exercises, I believe you'll have success as well!! I worked out frequently before going into therapy but Rob pushed me every time I asked for more. I truly believe that I will not have to ever have surgery with the coping techniques he taught me. Today I sent in a refill request through MyChart as I sit in an urgent care waiting room where I am paying a $40 copay to get 3 pills to get me through my work trip this week as I am having side effects of not taking it for 3 days now. This is the second time within the past year I have encountered a non-response or over 1 week delay in refilling my medication (I only take 1). Due to the delay in care, the non-response, and poor communication- I am changing PCPs after 5 years with them as there has been a trending decline in their care.
