I have been a customer from January 25, 2023- October 17, 2023 these are factual photos of my coat that was in mint condition before Boss Cleaner services. The owner proceeded to say this was a "factory problem" instead of trying to apologize for the coat being ruined after their services. Boss cleaners then returned the coat unfixed after keeping it for over 2 weeks after I returned to ask for it back. Giving me a refund for the coats dry cleaning that was performed for $22.43. I have seen many negative reviews of this place so I was skeptical at first but I have never once had a negative experience here. I have been using their services for about 8 months now since I moved to the area. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and the cutest little dog. All of my items come back exactly as expected, they even found my chapstick I thought I lost. During the holidays they gave out free lint rollers that said "happy holidays" as a gift to customers. How is this place still in business? Some days it's same day service and other times it's two day. I bring my clothes in first thing when they are supposed to open. Sometimes it's 7am sometimes 7:30. Sometimes 7:15. Also they let their dog urinate on the floor in the entrance to the store. Never seen any business run like this, let alone a dry cleanser. read more

this company scams you out of money. they dry clean workout clothes for more money! my bill was over $400 and it was all athletic wear. no suits or dress pants or shirts. just normal clothes. they are a laundry service but will try to charge you for drying cleaning random items. read more

This place is INSANE expensive. $7.19 for a small, ladies sweater. $9.99 for a dress. $13.38 for a pencil skirt. $4.99 for a scarf. These are very basic items, no fancy labels or materials. DONT GO HERE! They charge $7 a pop and do a horrible job. I had 2 buisness slacks (1 with small drink spot, 1 with dirt on bottom leg) both still nasty.
